Russians. When the waitress took the order, she spoke Russian perfectly and understood us. When I asked why they even included "live music" for three people in the bill (for a second it's just speakers standing and playing music, while on the street), I instantly forgot Russian and did not understand what I was asking. I didn't bring all the change and just threw it on the table. I haven't seen such a boorish attitude for a long time. Avoid this place.
