I had a delicious lunch. A wonderful pilaf "Teahouse" (with beef) and a very tasty warm tripe salad. Everything, of course, is washed down with green tea. Impressive interior. Inexpensive. A small minus is that there is no lamb pilaf, but this is not critical, beef pilaf is also good.

One of the oldest establishments since the time of Tselinograd, there used to be a department store, now a Republican-level restaurant, you can meet celebrities from show business stars at lunch, a meeting place with old friends or good colleagues, it's not a shame to bring kudalar, hold an event, I regularly visit there both myself and in the company.
The dishes are of a high level, the portions are generous, the food is delicious, in general, corresponds to oriental hospitality.
I highly recommend visiting the guests of the capital, for locals it is a must-visit, you will not regret it.
There is live music, a dance floor, a kind of booth.
The price is high, but it corresponds to the service, comfort and quality of the dishes, by the way, the service is already included in the price.

On January 06, I was at a birthday party, mantas, salads, lamb kebabs, ducks, liver are all very tasty. The staff is polite. Clear. Carefully. The prices are reasonable. There are discounts and promotions in honor of the holidays.
