It's not the first year I've ordered flowers in "Buketik.by ". Both I and the recipients are always happy :) It's convenient that you can pick up the bouquet yourself (if I'm going to visit), or order delivery (if I want to make a surprise).
Last time I ordered a bouquet for my wife's doctor. Trusting the staff, he simply outlined which flowers she likes, their color scheme and budget. Then they did everything themselves. The bouquet turned out to be beautiful (see photo), the flowers were fresh and, most importantly, the wife was satisfied :) Delivery is on time, as agreed. At my request, they enclosed a postcard with wishes. Thank you "Buketik.by", for helping me make her happy that day!

I ordered a bouquet of pink matiolla, alstroemeria, and irises for my friend, who is still a spoiled beauty!! Eeeee??? Everything is fine! No... perfect!!! Boorish, disgusting attitude towards people. Bouquets ordered in advance, 3 days in advance, for September 1 after 19.00, were delivered after midnight on September 2. At the same time, they did not even say that they were being delayed. They replied to my messages: patience, everything will be fine. On the phone, a nervous guy screamed and screamed that I was not the only one here and that they were trying for me to make everything arrive fresh, and I dare to ask when my order would arrive. In short, if you want to spoil the holiday, order flowers here.

Terrible attitude towards customers, they can't place an order in Yandex. Direct, they call my attitude to the order careless, because I can't make a phone call.
A disgusting impression after communicating with this store, the phrase "How do you live", after explaining why I can't call, just killed me! 0 stars, I don't recommend it to anyone

Хочу выразить огромное спасибо, можно сказать спасли мою свадьбу, другие не добросовестные магазины не привезли мне цветы хотя заказывала за месяц, итог истерика в 20:00 вечера, каким то чудом мы нашли этот магазин , мужчина который работае в нем позвонил мне, успокоил и сказал что цветы будут к 9:00 утра, я очень благодарна вам и теперь покупка цветов только в этом магазине 🥹❤️😘

Итог - пришел букет с другими цветами (что не согласовали, а по итогу ответили- не было тех цветов, МЫ РЕШИЛИ роз кустовых добавить … эм, зачем … мы бы не заказывали вообще с кустовыми. Букет должее бвл быть с илексом - это вооьще не сравнить с кустовой розой ..)
По факту цветы еще и в состоянии как на фото..
написала в инстаграм решить этот вопрос - заблокировали. ..

Заказывал пионы на день рождение. Сказали завоз был в тот же день - цветы свежайшие. На следующий день всё завяло. Хранили пионы в холодной воде выше половины стебля, всё как и нужно. Было несколько плохих цветочных, но это вышка

Покупали девушкам цветы, быстро и четко. И понятно что и за сколько мы купили. Мне понравилось, можно обращаться за цветами.
