As a result, they brought a bouquet to my wife, in which, instead of the agreed number of flowers, there were 5 less (as it turned out, I asked them for a discount on the bouquet and instead of a discount, they simply took away 5 flowers), while after they removed the packaging, there were 4 broken flowers. Moreover, the third part of the flowers hung like it was unclear what. At the same time, before ordering, I was told that the flowers are of the highest quality and therefore the price is 2 times better. The flowers themselves were the same as those sold by grandmothers in the passages. Naturally, I immediately called them, to which they replied that today was March 8 and therefore they could have wilted on the road, since they were driving for a long time (an hour passed from the moment of order / payment to delivery - according to their logic, fresh flowers wilted in one hour). After I stated all the claims to quality, quantity, etc. - I asked to recalculate the cost of the order and return some of the money for broken flowers and for low-quality goods, they replied that they would think and unsubscribe. An hour later, they wrote to me that I would cut the flowers, and did a bunch of other procedures in order to revive them and bring them back to normal (this is why I ordered flowers for my wife, so that after receiving the flowers she would be engaged in putting the flowers in order). After I asked about the refund of part of the money for this "bouquet", to which they replied that they had already made a discount (a discount in their understanding is to reduce the number of flowers) and packed the flowers in paper for free, although I did not ask for it, well, they offered to make some kind of discount next time. At the same time, there were a bunch of mocking emojis at the end of each message. After I called, where they talked to me not as a client, but as a friend, they tried to joke that they could bring me these 4 flowers that were broken, that they would not return the money and that in general they did not care about my claims and that it was normal to sell stale flowers. And of course, no one sent me checks, and I paid for the bouquet to someone on a card. That is, they are unlikely to pay taxes properly, although after my claims, I think they have already made a check in case of verification. At the end of the conversation, I tried to find out the name of the organization, to which they replied, look for yourself where you want, of course there is no such information on Instagram (where I made the order).
