This agency has proven itself to be unprofessional and untrustworthy. Especially Larisa Vasilyevna Stelmashuk, who accompanied the legal side of the transaction.She lied, retracted her words, was rude, did not comply with the law when making a transaction, and also interfered in the discussions between the seller and the buyer, causing a conflict between the parties. We had to hire another real estate company to ensure that everything was legally fair and according to the law, and that our rights as buyers were not infringed upon. I have not seen such blatant unprofessionalism, lies straight to the eyes, and violations of rights for a long time.

They promise to drop the options. You wait , but no one drops it , no one calls back . It's a waste of time waiting...

I want to write a negative review about the Bugrielt agency,signed a contract for the sale of my apartment,sold with another agency,asked to remove advertising from the Kufar of my apartment,called three times in the end, the result was zero, the last time I communicated with the agent Inna Viktorovna,one negative and disrespect for customers,it turns out when they need to conclude a contract for sale the agency ,,honey ,,and when you ask to rent your apartment from sale, you get a scandal....do not contact this agency better, otherwise you will get into trouble.....
