Every guest is welcome here, all staff are friendly and attentive, and respond quickly to the requests of vacationers. The rooms are clean, modern, very comfortable beds, excellent bedding and linen, which is important for the elderly. The swimming pool and a small, but very well-maintained, territory create comfort, make Bougainvillea a great place to relax with children. The hotel has created a trusting family atmosphere. Breakfast at the hotel is no different from at home. The products are of good quality and diverse. Very tasty casseroles, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fried bread, hot sandwiches and much more. The hotel has a small library with classic, modern, and children's publications. There is a shop 150 metres from the hotel. The only inconvenience was the road to the beach and food outlets. After the rains, in some places it was impossible to walk because of the huge puddles, and after six in the evening (in October) you can't see the road through the dark streets without a flashlight. But these troubles did not spoil a wonderful vacation.

We had a vacation in Bougainville in September 2024. The hotel is new, always clean, beautiful, cozy. The breakfasts are always delicious, the choice of dishes is for every taste and there is enough for everyone. A separate plus is an outdoor, heated swimming pool with always clean water. The staff is always friendly. Geographically, I liked the location, quiet.I thank Bougainvillea for a comfortable stay and really hope to return on September 25th.

Positive: - Respect to the cleaners and staff! They do their job well. - Fresh renovation. - Comfortable room layout and everything you need. - Delicious breakfasts with a wide selection of dishes. Minuses: - Terrible wi-fi quality. Not only is the speed low, it also falls off all the time! Hire a specialist to set up! - Mattresses do not match the price per room. They are the cheapest with dependent springs. The springs are being felt. Nevertheless, it was possible to get enough sleep on them. - The dusty road to the hotel. A car drives by and you have to breathe dust! - Cleaners are launching mosquitoes into the room from the hallway. - There are not always fruits at breakfast and there are no cookies/pastries for tea. - There are no bedspreads in the standard room. They asked for a blanket. The next day they brought (one for two beds!😂) The next day, the second one was brought. For the price, the rooms could have been laid right away. Not everyone likes to lie on the bed in their clothes. - Instant coffee for breakfast only. Ground for a fee.
