We are resting for the first time, the registration
is fast, the doctor's consultation is wonderful, the food is excellent, varied. The procedures are according to the profile, everything is decent. Thanks to the medical staff for their conscientiousness and friendliness. There are paid ones, but if my health needs them, why not pay? The territory is gorgeous, lots of flowers, walk and enjoy. I can't help but voice one minus, the shower curtain and the shared bathroom do not bother. But the fact that towels and bed linen do not change is annoying. I hope this nonsense will be corrected. Thanks for the hard work.
We rested in the summer. We lived in the second building, a suite
Pros:
Large well-groomed territory, lots of flowers, lawns are well maintained, there is a swing. In the evening, there is a very beautiful backlight.
A wide range of procedures
You can choose the most acceptable menu option for yourself: buffet, customized meals
There is a river nearby, there is a beach
Every day there is a film screening, a disco (except Thursday), various master classes, concerts. Excursions are organized.
There are clothes shops and a hairdresser's on site
There is a dentist, ultrasound.
Minuses:
1. There are very long queues everywhere: to the administrator, to register procedures, to the cashier, in the buffet dining room. It's a lot of hassle.
2. There are very few free procedures on the voucher, mostly paid ones were taken
3. There are a lot of pigeons that live on the balconies of residential buildings, shitting in the same place
4 The beach is small, the water is dirty, sun beds are paid
5. The evening screening of the movie is paid
6. The disco is very audible in our building, the child could not fall asleep until the disco was over.
7. During the 11 days of arrival, the room was cleaned only 3 times.
8. The food is monotonous, duplicated every other day. Food cannot be taken out of the dining room, but workers carry 2 bags each home
9. There is no bar on the territory, we went to a nearby sanatorium or to shops outside the territory
The sanatorium is good. We had a rest in August 2024.We lived in the 1st building. The rooms are cozy and clean. The area is nice, very clean. Despite the fact that vacationers litter themselves, drink alcohol in the evenings, smoke in the rooms, smoke goes into the next room. Cigarette butts are thrown from balconies. The maintenance staff tolerates all this and cleans it up. Thank them very much. We had a buffet and regretted it very much. Everyone flies into the dining room like a crowd from the hungry edge, grabbing everything in a row and even in such huge portions. Of course, if you come 15-20 minutes later, nothing will happen. There wasn't even enough tea. The food is put in bags for a snack in the evening sausage, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. It's just awful. Vacationers are on treatment and drinking. The menu is of the same type, almost the same every day. It's not tasty. Boiled vegetables, incomprehensible cutlets, dairy porridges are not tasty, there are no salads at all. The kitchen leaves much to be desired.
We rested from the second to the twelfth of September. The sanatorium is definitely good. In terms of price and quality. Very well maintained area. Forest, Mukhavets river. A small beach. Sports equipment rental. The opportunity to play volleyball, table tennis. take bicycles. The rental is cheap. Good nutrition. The staff is very friendly. I would like to wish the sanatorium to have a bigger pool, preferably on the street. Well, the settlement process is too long, especially the distribution of procedures. There could be more fruits in the dining room. But overall it's good. I would have come again.
The Bug sanatorium stands on the banks of the Mukhovets River and is surrounded by a pine forest. The ecology of this place is impeccable. The sanatorium owns a small but very well-maintained territory. Paved paths with benches, gazebos, swing benches are present in abundance for recreation. There is a small sandy beach with wooden sun beds. The playground is a lifesaver for parents. A good exercise area under a canopy and two volleyball courts for activities 🏐🏸 There are well-trodden fishing spots along the river. It's a paradise for fishermen here! By the way, in the neighboring sanatorium "Nadzeya" you can rent a flat-bottomed boat or catamaran at a price of 4.60 rubles. an hour and swim on the river. For dance lovers, a disco begins at 10 p.m. on an outdoor dance floor a la "songs of the 80s", but they don't make noise for long, it seems, until 23:00 🕺💃
When you check into the sanatorium, you will have to go through a whole quest! At the reception, you will only be registered and given a bracelet to visit the dining room, then you need to find a senior nurse to get a room key and a ticket to see a therapist. After the appointment of procedures, you need to wait in line at the registry of procedures, where you will be given a sanatorium card with a schedule of your procedures. Next, you need to sit in another queue at the marketing office, where you will be given a document for an additional payment for a ticket if you made a partial prepayment. And in the end, you can try to sit in one more queue - at the checkout, We managed to pay extra only on the second day of our stay.
It should be noted that you will not receive any procedures on the day of arrival, no matter how much time you arrive at the sanatorium. A few words about additional procedures. We had been resting since August 12, the sanatorium was fully populated and there simply wasn't enough time for additional procedures, more precisely, there was only lunch time (either have lunch or get well). We refused the pool ourselves, because this is not a pool, but a small font in which you can only stand like cucumbers in a jar, but not swim in any way. The base of medical equipment is very old, it's time to update it. What I liked was the lagron massage chair, a hydrotherapy room with mineral baths and a salt room.
We lived in the second building (a two-room suite), which is connected by a passage to the first (main) building, where the reception and dining room are located, as well as with the transition from the second floor to the hydrotherapy and medical building with the administration. I think it's especially pleasant in winter. The room was not large with a loggia, the silent air conditioning was especially pleasing, August was hot (up to +34 ° C). Comfortable mattresses on the couch. There are a lot of sockets in the room and good lighting. The spacious bathroom has a shower room, a mirror with backlight, a convenient holder for soap, toothbrushes and paste. A small washing basin, a folding clothes dryer on the loggia. Terry robes are just huge, but they were not useful to us at all. Take your slippers, because the suite will have disposable slippers for beauty salons, almost paper ones. It doesn't hurt to grab a roll of toilet paper. For 10 days, we did not have enough 2 rolls offered by the sanatorium. But there were 2 more packs of napkins. For some reason, towels have not been changed once in all 10 days and bed linen, respectively. The water in the sanatorium is very hard, you can not do without a hair balm. There were no mosquito nets on the windows of our room, but at the same time we did not meet mosquitoes even once, even though we were armed. But the ants managed to crawl up to the 2nd floor. A big minus is down pillows (a disaster for allergy sufferers). We were lucky that there was at least 1 synthetic one in the closet, even though it was all comedies. There was a kettle in the room, a set of dishes and appliances, and even a cutting board with a knife, although they were completely useless to us, thanks to good nutrition 🍲
We ate according to the buffet system. Everything (from what we tried) was delicious, especially the Kobrin loaf, casseroles and dairy products. We were pleased with porridge for breakfast, cottage cheese with honey and quite decent coffee! On Tuesday and Friday, we were given one 1.5 l bottle of blended amazing mineral water "Letchanskaya" per person, now we will look for it in our supermarkets. If we wanted sweets, we went to the shops, there are already three of them outside the sanatorium!
For those traveling by car, there is a large guarded parking lot at a price of 2.5 rubles. per day. Payment is both cash and non-cash. If you are mobile, go on Sunday (a day free from procedures) to Kobrin! A wonderful, active and cultured city, whose residents would like to wish prosperity. We were impressed by the A.V. Suvorov Museum, pedestrian street, churches, park and cozy cafes. And on the way home we stopped for Kobrin cheeses and bread! For those who are not mobile, the sanatorium organizes good group trips in the lobby of the first building.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest and put the Bug sanatorium four. We wish the administration of the sanatorium to optimize the medical base and the settlement system (it was easier to move out), you have a lot to grow. And yes, do not believe that Bug is a sanatorium for pensioners, it is not so. Of the 95% full of vacationers, only 30% were of retirement age!
A good budget sanatorium, excellent territory, very good food (buffet) accommodation depending on the category, 4, standard building, of course, cosmetic repairs are required
TV, refrigerator worked, beds are comfortable. The procedures are excellent, we chose them ourselves, many people go dancing in the evening. There was a lake on the territory, there were a lot of duckweed near the shore, we swam in September. If you wish, the dinner time should be postponed by an hour, very early, after lunch there is a short break.
I liked everything, friendly and qualified medical staff, a high level of medical services, even if paid, prices are affordable and acceptable, organization and service of the kitchen. Beautiful nature and even the weather pleased with its warmth at this time of the year. Leisure time is organized enough. We lived in the 4th building, there was only much to be desired for the san.node.
An excellent sanatorium. The area is very beautiful. Fresh air, pine trees, delicious food. Responsive staff. The rooms for living were a little disappointed: the furniture is too old, and the bathroom and shower leave much to be desired. The river was also not impressed, it was all covered with duckweed. Swimming is unpleasant. Well, in general, everything is fine. I recommend
A very beautiful place, clean forest air, pleasant staff. The food is delicious. The procedures helped, although I got to aromatherapy with a child in the group, he tossed and turned all the time. I recommend salt caves.
I got a single room in the 4th building: clean, tidy.
At night, they turn on the lights outside.
I recommend a weekend tour for a trial.
I had a rest at the Bug sanatorium, super. Thank you very much to all the girls, good attitude, attention. Also, many thanks to the chefs, I liked everything, the kitchen is excellent. And many thanks to the medical staff, you girls are doing great, especially the girls in the spa. Good luck to you all, and good health.
I do not recommend it. It was the end of September and the beginning of October.
There are only 2 advantages:
1. The location is great. Sanatorium in a beautiful forest area, river, swans;
2. Excellent, conscientious and friendly medical staff who do the procedures. A wonderful trainer is a physical therapy girl and masseuse Olga.
That's all about the good stuff.
There are very few free procedures.
The medical building is a free-standing building
4-storey building, without elevator. This information is for wheelchair users and those with serious leg problems.
We lived in the 2nd building, as if superior (luxury) rooms. There were a lot of ants in the room. They moved us to another one, while the administrator looked at us as enemies. Mousetraps were placed in the new room. We lived with them, we thought it was better this way.
The linen has not been changed in 2 weeks. There are dissatisfied reactions to all requests, to put it mildly.
Constantly!!!! Elevators were breaking down in this building. Of the 14 days, the elevators were used for 5 days.
Food.
The food is terrible. It's just not tasty. The buffet is just a canteen with a long queue of people with trays. Yes! Everyone is standing in line with trays, instead of calmly approaching with a plate and putting on a dish they like.
The pool is very, very small.
We came because of my husband, to restore him at least a little-to treat him, but I felt worse at the end of the second week. Most likely because of the food.(
I strongly do not recommend this sanatorium.
The score is "one" and then only for the procedural medical staff, so I would put "zero".
The sanatorium is good, very professional medical staff, well done girls in the kitchen, Dmitry has excellent discos for any age, he really liked the physical therapy classes. The only disadvantage for me is a very small pool.
a wonderful sanatorium, clean, cozy rooms, friendly staff, a variety of leisure activities every day: performances, sports competitions, karaoke. Separately, it is necessary to mention the food, I have never eaten so tasty and varied anywhere else, the kitchen is simply bombastic, many thanks to the chefs. The territory is well-groomed, a good landscape, a small river flows nearby, where a family of swans are waiting for treats every morning on the shore. The sanatorium also offers an excursion program to the iconic places of Belarus (Brest Fortress, Belovezhskaya Pushcha, shopping centers. Near the sanatorium there is a small town of Kobrin, where there is a good shopping center Polesie, where you can buy almost the entire range of Belarusian food products. In general, we are very happy with the trip, we will definitely come at another time of the year to admire the beautiful storks.
I was in the sanatorium from October 6 to October 19, 24. among the advantages: a beautiful territory and a pine forest on the river bank. The medical staff, in general, is 4.
Few procedures were prescribed (compared to another sanatorium in Belarus). The staff (reception, maid) is just bad, everything is done as a big favor...((( In the suites! (Gee) - ants!!!! and there are mousetraps. The elevators are open once every 3 days... The food is just very bad (the organization of a "buffet" - like in a factory canteen - with trays and queues), you come a little later - there is nothing. During the day, when people are walking, an employee is constantly buzzing on the territory - chasing leaves with a gasoline blower (instead of taking a rake and doing everything quietly and quickly). I'm not going there anymore. and I don't recommend it to others
We rested in the sanatorium "Bug" during the New Year holidays. We lived in the 2nd building, in a two-room room, meals according to the buffet system. The sanatorium impresses with its neat, clean territory, responsive, polite, friendly staff. We received medical procedures according to the indications stated in the sanatorium card, and if desired, we can also receive paid procedures, of which there are a large number. A huge plus is that those living in buildings 1 and 2 can move to the medical building through covered passages without going outside. The rooms are warm and clean. The food was delicious, we came to the opening of the dining room, so we had enough of everything. There are a lot of entertainment events, 5 films were shown free of charge in the cinema hall for 10 days. A pine forest grows around the sanatorium, the Mukhavets River flows nearby, where a family of swans lives. The disadvantage is that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms in the second building. I had to go to the hall. The sanatorium left a very pleasant impression. I would like to express my gratitude to the management and all the staff.
We were in Bug before, everything was fine, we always took a two-room suite. This time we went for 3 days, from 3.01.25 to 6.01.25, but the two-room suite is already on the 5th floor, it's just awful. It's dusty, the sofa smells unpleasant, there are no declared shower accessories, no bathrobes, the refrigerator is leaking, the hair dryer is not temperature-controlled and just blows unbearably hot air.
But just the crown of everything was when we took out the beds on the first day and found the bed linen had not been changed, there was no limit to our surprise, it was good that there was a spare one and I changed it myself. There is no cleaning in the room, and the trash hasn't even been taken out for 3 days.
Another nuance, please note, you are buying a luxury, but you eat like everyone else, there is no differentiation, as before.
a beautiful forest, a wonderful sanatorium, very tasty food, good staff, clean and beautiful rooms, you can coolly relax and walk around different places! I like everything)
I really like it. Cozy rooms, friendly staff, lots of treatments, delicious and varied meals. The territory is well maintained, mostly pine forest around, clean air.
Good day! I am Olga from Rostov-on-Don. We had a rest with a colleague at the Bug sanatorium in August 2024. Nutrition is "good": dietary, balanced. We ate according to the ordered menu and it was wonderful. Portions were brought on time, a permanently fixed place and a table. A cozy room. We were very lucky to have neighbors at the table: a wonderful family from Brest.
It is not convenient to get there, it stands in the forest where the bus rarely goes from the nearest railway station, not that from Brest. There is nowhere to go, only to the neighboring sanatorium, and that's all... The dispatchers who distribute the time of the procedures do not even ask if it is convenient for the vacationer or not, as they said, it will be so. But we still pay for the "Service", and not for forced labor. There is a problem to make an appointment with a psychologist, I got to her the day before departure, they answered my problems that I need to take narcotic drugs to get out of depression, there is no other treatment! Excursions, trade, everything is in the same private hands, so prices and service are "as we want, so we will serve", they do not even offer anything from the sanatorium, although everything is there. Dietary nutrition should be beaten out, although it is provided in sanatoriums. To complaints that people smoke in the rooms and on the balconies, the answer is: we will tell them not to smoke, although these are just words, no one says anything to anyone. You can't sit on the balcony, the web is probably five years old, the spiders on it are like elephants, like in horror movies. In summer, the only joy is to swim in an overgrown river, although only a wooden deck with pre-revolutionary sun beds is provided from the sanatorium, and there is a sign "forbidden" to swim, apparently in order not to clear the river.
Very well-groomed and beautiful territory, polite and friendly staff from the reception to the maid, cleanliness everywhere, decent food, so I recommend that you come to relax and improve your health
If you arrive on Saturday, then the first 2 days completely fall out of treatment, because the cash register and the medical registrar work only on weekdays, although the doctor accepts on Saturday. It is also quite difficult to register, because there are separate queues everywhere: to the marketing department, to the ticket office, to the medical registrar, to the procedure payment desk. All this is located in different buildings on different floors - the quest is still the same!
"+" Very well-groomed and beautiful territory: lots of roses, pines, birches, gorgeous lighting at night. Local residents earn extra money by delivering excursions to Brest, Kobrin, Zhirovichi, Synkovichi, Lake Katashi and train stations. Fun discos in the evening. The beach is next to fine white sand, the water in the river is good, but at the end of August it blooms very much.
"-" Except for the 2nd building, the repair of the early 2000s, everything is there and everything seems to work, but it is very ancient, the elevator is only in the 1st building, 3,4- buildings of the 4th floor must be climbed on foot, this is not possible for everyone. Medical staff is not always correct. Not all questions can be answered at the reception. (I forgot the bypass card in the pool, it was closed after 16:00, no one found the key, they couldn't print a new copy for me, because there is no information in the general database at the reception, only the next morning to pick up the resin, it's good that I remembered where and at what time I need to come). The medical building is old and in great need of renovation, and the hydrotherapy too. A lot of procedures are performed, periodically something breaks, it's sad. The buffet is quite meager, there is enough food in quantity, but there is not enough variety, there are very few fruits. It is almost impossible to buy fruits nearby and prices bite. There is no bar on the territory of the sanatorium. There are only shops with Belarusian clothes, the prices are too high (for Russians).
It's a beautiful place. Beautiful territory. Compact housing arrangement. Good medical staff, canteen staff, if necessary, arrange an early dinner. Good room cleaning. The only drawback is the registration of arrival and departure. They don't have this process in place. If it's a big race, then it's sooo long to wait. They send them to one or the other to get a ticket stub. But overall it's great. Billiards, bicycles, checkers, discos, kebabs, karaoke, darts. There is something to do. Guided tours are available to choose from. The price is adequate. I recommend
In terms of food, the buffet is good, the bespoke menu is worse. The room in the 1st building where I was , the bathroom in it is so worthless that I have not seen such a thing in 42 years. Just fear! There is also trouble about the room - dirty dishes, dust on the bedside tables, cobwebs under the bed, on the ceiling lights on the balcony in general trash- family underpants from past guests,. When I found the maid and showed her this, she vacuumed and left, everything remained the same, even her panties were not removed from the balcony. I went out for 2 hours to find the administrator. Then, when he showed all this horror, he said they would eliminate it. The next day, the receptionist and the maid cleaned the room together! It turned out- I calmed down. Designed for an old blind guest! In the dining room for 2 days I asked that the tea spilled by someone be removed! In general, if you want to visit the distant USSR - as they say -welcome!
I had a rest in the sanatorium twice, in 2022 and now in September. From what immediately catches the eye, this is the territory. It has become more well-groomed, there are many new ornamental plants, trees, gazebos, swings, benches for recreation. Constant cleaning, so very clean.
But the buildings are practically unchanged. I lived in the fourth, in principle, a room for my money for four (refrigerator, TV with smart TV connects to the phone without problems, there are a lot of hangers in the closet, a normal bed), but the lack of a shower cabin, draining water into the floor and, accordingly, the smell from ventilation is of course a minus. And besides, there was red water from the taps, drinking water was taken from the coolers in the first building.
When ordering a trip, I chose a customized menu-it's quite normal, no frills, of course, but it was enough for me. If you need something that is not in the dining room, then there are two shops with everything you need within walking distance.
Everything is not very good with the procedures-almost nothing worthy of attention is included in the package, except for massage. And everything is not easy with him, the sanatorium is loaded during the season and, plus, there is an eternal shortage of this kind of specialists (a problem typical of almost all sanatoriums where I had to visit). Therefore, a massage chair is offered as an alternative to manual massage. Not immediately, but they made an appointment with a specialist, although for the second week of rest. But it's also for the best-the latter is remembered). Here we are lucky, Olshevskaya M.G. is a master of his craft-he does his job efficiently, without formalism. The result at the end of the procedures is obvious.
The set of entertainment is standard-excursions, movies in the evenings, concerts, accordion, disco (a summer playground on the riverbank with good coverage and lighting).
Another significant disadvantage of the sanatorium is the lack of a full-fledged swimming pool, nowadays this is something that goes without saying in such institutions. And of course you need to do something about drinking water. And so it's quite a normal sanatorium for the current price. We'll see what happens next.
A great place to relax. Silence, a small river in the forest. Good nutrition. Beautiful well-maintained territory. Polite staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Everything is fine. The sanatorium is contraindicated for people with problems of the musculoskeletal system.Living in building 1, daily trips to the treatment building and back are 4 km horizontally and vertically. There are absolutely no elevators in the treatment building, despite this, patients are invited to visit the 4th floor! The lack of traffic patterns in the sanatorium makes it difficult to navigate the routes, patients ask each other again and find their own way.
The ban on access to buildings by passenger car is outrageous, it is not known where to carry your luggage before check-in. Parking for cars at the entrance to the territory, they are forced to leave the car there, and there is no help for getting to the required building and transporting personal belongings. I found myself in a situation where, already at night, they were forced to put aside a disabled car from the parking lot at the bus stop without interfering with anyone. As a result, when returning from the parking lot to the dormitory, he stumbled and lay in the dark in the cold on the ground for half an hour until a random passerby could get up. Thanks, it didn't rain. No one even thinks about transportation from the entrance to the territory of the sanatorium to the buildings of at least limited clients, there is also no porter, whose help is needed by many. Against the background of this humiliating disorganization, everything else is just small things that are not worthy of attention. I got the effect of wellness treatments, for which I thank you very much. Of course, if communications in the sanatorium do not radically change, then being in the BUG sanatorium is contraindicated and harmful for those suffering from musculoskeletal system and cardiovascular diseases. I really don't recommend it. For the rest, rest and wellness will be wonderful.
We came from the neighboring Nadzei to look at the swans. Compact sanatorium, pleasant reception. The terratorium is small, but well maintained. Nearby is the Mukhovets river. Swans, ducks are available))
There are a lot of good things to say about food, and even more of the best. Many thanks to the canteen staff!!! The staff, the rooms - everything is on top. I would like to wish the sanatorium further development.
A good sanatorium. We had a beautiful suite with a fresh renovation and new furniture. They cook very well. We ate a buffet subsystem, there are a lot of things, although there are a lot of people at the beginning, and after 15 minutes it is already free, although some dishes will no longer be available. The medical staff is very friendly. There are many procedures, although not many are free. It is better to study the existing procedures yourself in advance and decide, because there are not many advertisements for procedures, the doctor does not explain much. And time will be lost. The pools are very small. The sanatorium is located on the river, there is a small beach, if the weather allows, you can swim. There is a cultural program: cartoons, karaoke, movies, disco. We liked it.
I happened to meet NG in this sanatorium. It was with great pleasure that I bought a ticket, packed my bags and went ahead to the romantic New Year holidays! The winter weather pleased with its snow for only two days.
And here I am on the territory. Somehow, upon arrival, the first impression did not work out a little, in the paid parking lot of the sanatorium. Ignoring the harsh response from the guard, or rather the parking attendant, he rushed to the reception. 20 minutes of wisdom and cherished room keys in your pocket. I didn't like the third building either. Dreadfully gloomy. The room is dark. The bathroom is of course combined, but there is really no partition or even a curtain. I was pleased with the presence of a refrigerator. The food is essentially tolerable, but a lot of emphasis is placed on cabbage dishes and beets.. I didn't particularly like Beetroot Soup either.. In general, the local store and stall helped out. For a change, you can arrange a shopping trip to Kobrin, Zhabinka or Brest.
For the first time, sanitation was not in line in the dining room. The appliances were often dirty. Which completely covered me with negativity. And boiled water, I have not seen this in any sanatorium, can be immediately sweetened without adding coffee or tea leaves. Menu orders are often confused, although the place at the table is constantly assigned to the guest of the sanatorium. The staff delivering dishes between the tables can drive you two or three times and this is the standard. I don't understand why and what advantage they have, but you can sit for a long time without the second one.
The medical staff is friendly. The service is decent.
By the will of fate and some other maneuvers, we managed to move to another building. Heaven and earth! It's a completely different matter! The rooms are quite cozy than in the original building. And the maid is always on the floor. The rooms are cleaned in a timely and clean manner.
The territory is landscaped. We were intrigued by the gazebos by the river, especially the presence of barbecues.
Guided tours every day. For every taste. Evening concerts are held regularly. And of course there is a disco every evening. Except Thursday. But if you don't blunt, you can spend an evening in the cafe "Golden Lion" quite adevatno.
Frankly, I'm disappointed.
If there is a choice, I will prefer another sanatorium.
I had a rest in October 2024. I am very disappointed. Before that, I rested 3 times and everything was fine. But this year the sanatorium is a mess. I booked a double suite for one person according to the promotion. I made a 100% payment for 2 months. Checked in. The next day, a neighbor was moved in. It turns out that I paid for 1 place in the suite. How is this even possible if it's a suite? I wanted to live alone. I went to the head, it was impossible to change anything in the marketing department. I was ready to move to any other room, but there were no available rooms. I had to live with a neighbor for 9 days. Pay extra for the remaining 9 to live alone. The promotion was cancelled. In general, I lost money. They shook my nerves too.
Now let's move on to the disadvantages.
In the suite, the faucet in the washbasin was dangling. Fixed it. The back of the chair is broken, it fell on your back all the time when you sit down. It was repaired in 1.5 weeks. The shower was leaking water under the toilet. Because the floor level in the shower is higher than in the bathroom. The room was cleaned 2 times in 1.5 weeks. The bed linen was not changed. Until we asked for clean towels ourselves, they did not change them for us.
Then the neighbors flooded me from above at 00.30. I ran upstairs, knocked. No one opened it. There is not a single phone number on the reception desk and in the room, there is no one on duty to contact. I put the basin in, it was dripping until morning. The ceiling sagged. The builders removed it after 2 days.
I went to the head doctor. She told me about the disadvantages. He wrote it down, promised to fix it. But my vacation was already ruined.
The buffet in the dining room is something this year.
First, you stand in line for food for 10 minutes. Then you don't know where to sit with the tray, because the tables are occupied.
Everyone had a table fixed that year. There was order and communication with the neighbors.
In general, this year it is very little to say that I am dissatisfied.
I do not recommend it.
I was vacationing in Bug this summer, I was very disappointed, one of the advantages is a beautiful territory and a disco every day. The rest of it was all over the place. There are few procedures and it is very uncomfortable and hot in the heat, there are no air conditioners, and there is nothing to breathe in the rooms, dampness. The food (buffet) is just terrible. It must be closed, dishes laid out in parts in different containers are called a buffet. For 10 days there is one menu, everything is the cheapest: pancakes, liver, mashed potatoes, casserole, rice, cheap fish, and it is clear that it is not fresh, but warmed up from the previous day. Apples were made of fruits and once there were oranges and pears, soups were also terrible, on the 5th day they turned away from the dining room altogether, people went to the store in a crowd. I do not recommend it.

A credit sanatorium! Well-renovated buildings, there are both single and more, there are separate bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, there is a refrigerator, kettle, TV, your own balcony to enjoy a freshly brewed Latte or Cappuccino in the morning, looking at the expanses without the extreme universe and other buns. Decent medical procedures, a wide variety, all services can be found on the website. A very big plus is that the sanatorium is really quiet, far enough from civilization, only the noise of pumping trees. The territory is quite large, there is a separate paid parking, about 2.5 rubles per day. Everywhere is very very clean and gentrified, there are many benches for relaxing, a dance floor, a beach type, a playground. Polite staff. When choosing accommodation conditions, I was pleased with the buffet. There are quite a lot of people, which indicates the popularity of visiting this sanatorium. In short, it is definitely worth a visit!
A good sanatorium. A very beautiful well-maintained area, many photo zones, many flowers, a fountain, a swing, beautiful lanterns. I lived in a single room - there is everything you need - a TV, a refrigerator, a set of dishes for 2 people, a shower, a toilet, good bed linen. Excellent procedures. There are many free and paid ones at an affordable price.
Upon arrival at the sanatorium, at first everything was normal, as, probably, in all sanatoriums. People, I must say right away, it all depends on your mood and your money. If you don't want to spend money, that is, cheaper, but without an elevator and a little in the spirit of the Soviet Union — these are 3 and 4 buildings. If you want to relax, and not freak out over the little things, then you will have to spend money on a luxury room. My family and I chose the average option — a comfortable room. It was almost like an apartment, only without a kitchen, with an area of as much as 60 square meters. The furniture is not exactly Soviet, but it has seen a lot of life. I am not a super-critic, not a gourmet, not a nihilist. I am an ordinary average person from Belarus. And if you fantasize a little, then some delegation could have lived in this room during the Soviet era, seriously.
Next, about the dining room. There, as I believe, there is nothing to find fault with, even for a Muscovite. Everything is cool, the buffet, the staff are all polite. There is a lot of food. And what I liked the most is that no sugar, salt, butter, mayonnaise, sour cream, etc. are added to the food. Since they stand side by side, each person has their own tastes. Therefore, if something is missing, you can add it yourself. Now a question for the sanatorium: did you call the designer when you renovated the dining room? The renovation is really stylish.
The room was cleaned every two days, and on the fourth day the linen was changed — it was very pleasant.
Well, now about the procedures. Basically, everything is fine, not great, but good. The medical staff is polite and kind, some are even talkative. Some rooms resemble either a polyclinic or the USSR; in one of the rooms it is an electrotherapy room — a large corridor and many curtains. Some procedures are with good new equipment, but it feels like it was thrown into the wall there: everything is rewound with duct tape, but it works fine. There is also some Soviet equipment, for example, darsonval — it worked fine too, but the wire was coming off all the time, and at the end of my stay it was generally rewound with duct tape. Water treatments are very cool: I recommend baths and sagging in the pool on a circle, it relaxes. There is also a herbal tea and an oxygen cocktail. The herbal tea is cool, I love it, and the cocktail, yes, I know, is useful, it's even paid, but I don't like it.
In general, I advise you, I think you will like it. And for the pretentious specifically, it's better to stay at home, or look for better sanatoriums. The most important conclusion for everyone: the sanatorium is being gradually renovated.
I recommend this sanatorium to the age group. Beautiful territory, good treatments, entertainment, interesting excursions. Helpful, pleasant staff. Good, delicious food. The contingent is cheerful, age-related, everyone communicates, everything is easy and fun. Dancing every day, everyone is dancing, no one is standing. Both healthy and not so healthy, who can and cannot-everyone dances!!! Come, you won't regret it! People have been going there for several years in a row, there are foreign citizens. They have been driving for many years too.. It is not worth going there for those who like to make trouble, build staff, throw punts, demand 5 * service .. this is not for you.. And I invite everyone who is cheerful, sociable, active, athletic!!!
A good sanatorium. Very well maintained territory, rooms are cleaned daily, the staff is polite. Of the cons, there are a lot of people, you move in a constant stream of people, procedures are scattered throughout the day.
Everything is very good, thank you for your care and attention. However, I would like to have more cleanliness! And the cult of the program!such as : charging outside! Dancing on the street! More excursions! After lunch!
We lived in the 4th building, on the 4th floor without an elevator. Cleaning 3 times a week. Linen is changed once a week. It's all clear. Repairs have been made. The staff is polite.Cons-refrigerator for a fee. There is nowhere to swim in the heat. The river is there, but it is blooming. The pool is 5x4. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. In general, a good sanatorium
Everything is just fine! We were completely satisfied with everything. Suite, second building: two rooms, a hallway, a balcony, a TV for quite humane prices. The food is ordered, a choice of 4 dishes, you can find something for yourself. A small life hack - if you don't like porridge for breakfast, then choose a buffet when booking. Everything was fine with us. In two weeks, we did not meet with the rudeness of the staff once, sometimes it was clear that the employees were tired and there was no strength for cordiality, but we ourselves work on customer service, so we treat with understanding, while it was worth complaining to the maid about a non-working kettle, as it was immediately replaced. The territory is large, there are two grocery stores next to the sanatorium. The entertainment program is extensive. The only thing I didn't like was that sometimes some private parties are held in a gazebo on the riverbank, where a gentleman who fancies himself a great singer performs, everything would be fine, but he has a professional sound amplifier speaker.. This is a severe test for hearing. We will definitely come next time, but we will take a room that will allow you to relax in the evening...
Beautiful, well-maintained territory. If only it were like that in the living rooms. A small bathroom. The shower just pours on the floor. There's not even a pallet. There are a lot of vacationers. The poor nurses are just torn. The medical building is cramped and stuffy in the corridor. I have no desire to come a second time, and I cannot advise him. Disappointment. The buffet food is not bad. The cleaning is so-so. At the reception, the girls are polite and attentive. Despite the big race. They explain everything, they tell
I rated it at 3. I rested with my husband and daughter from 10/28/2024, the vouchers were with treatment, got into the peak load, as a result, we did not get what we wanted for treatment because there were no empty seats. The food was average, monotonous, we had a buffet so before the opening of the dining room a crowd gathered and almost ran to take places and queue for distribution, dinner from 18 to 19, if you come closer to 19, then there won't be much. Mineral water is given out 2 times a week for 2 liters of a bottle per person, the water is imported from another place, although the sanatorium has its own pump rooms for mineral water. The pool is a tiny 6 m, my husband was prescribed swimming in the pool, I wonder how to swim if there are 6 adult men in such a bath. We lived in the 2nd building, the building is renovated, the rooms are good, the furniture is new, but they clean poorly, there was hair in the washbasin and on the bathroom floor upon arrival, the linen was not changed for 5 days. There were ants in the room, not many, but there were. There are no procedures on Sunday. We left the sanatorium 2 days earlier. Of the advantages, this is the territory, a pine forest, a river, a family of swans lived on the river, mom, dad and 5 children, many ducks. Near the sanatorium Nadzeya, on its territory there is a small zoo, a goat, 3 deer, Chinese silk chickens, a raccoon, rabbits.
We had a vacation in Belarus for the third time, this year we deliberately chose the Brest region to see the western part of the country. The sanatorium is a trade union, it leaves its mark. First, about the advantages.
1. Location. Gorgeous nature, pine trees, at least eat the air with a spoon. On the territory of the sanatorium there is the Mukhavets river, a beach with sun beds.
2. The territory of the sanatorium is very well maintained. Beautiful flowers, plants, benches, swings, gazebos, fountain, lanterns. They are constantly putting things in order.
3. We lived in the 2nd building, all rooms in it have been renovated.
4. The food is good and tasty. No frills, but no one was left hungry.
5. The staff is friendly and friendly.
Now about the cons.
1. For 10 days of stay, the room was cleaned once, and then after a reminder, the garbage was taken out 2 times. There are simply no maids in the 2nd building!
2. The old medical base. The medical building has not been repaired for a long time. The devices have been left over from Soviet times (high-quality devices were made!), there are old tiles in the bathrooms. There are few new devices, their use is not included in the ticket price.
In general, there are more pros than cons. A good sanatorium for its price. He should have had more funding.

Teleportation to the Soviet Union (in a good way)!
A pleasant place to relax and recover from the work routine and multi-storey jungle. It is always clean, the lawn is mowed, and the promenade is cozy. Unfortunately, not all the desired procedures can be booked, because initially there are "no places", even for paid ones. But of those that we managed to get to, we especially liked the water treatments (SPA capsule, Charcot shower, sea baths) and beauty treatments from a cosmetologist.
The sanatorium has a good balanced diet. There are clothing stores on the territory, sellers also come periodically with various souvenirs. There is an opportunity to go on interesting excursions to the nearest areas. There is a grocery store nearby.
A good sanatorium to come for a weekend of 1-3 days. Weekend tour. We had a drink, went for a walk, went for a massage or a bath, had fun, met someone, danced, got a lot of positive emotions.
We were on vacation from October 2 to October 9, 2023.
For its price, everything is fine.
Pleasant medical staff, good food, well-groomed territory.
Special thanks to Vasily and Vitaly for the well-organized excursion service, careful delivery to the sanatorium and back.
We felt at home.
We recommend visiting the sanatorium for those who want to get a portion of warmth, improve their health, enjoy the beauty of nature and the kindness of people working in the sanatorium.
To be honest, for such money you will hardly find it better in the republic, a large and beautiful territory, a kitchen at the proper level, if you use the buffet service you will always pick up dishes to your taste, yes, the rooms are too old, but again, for such a price to get started.
Disco for those who are over ......, but the main mood. Those who write negative reviews just wanted to get 5-star services for 3 kopecks)))
I was in Belarus by car for the first time. The most pleasant impressions. Secure Parking, wonderful room (refrigerator, TV, etc.), rich treatment, wonderful food (buffet). A sanatorium on the riverbank, we rented bicycles.
A wonderful sanatorium. Before the new year, a lot of people come, but they always respond quickly to requests, are attentive and polite. The prices are excellent.
