In general, everything is delicious, but the service is a quiet horror! It covers all the advantages of the institution. The porridge was waited for more than 40 minutes. Waffles 55-60 minutes. When we made an order, we were asked to bring coffee along with all the food. As a result, 15 minutes after the order, shakshuka and coffee were brought (we waited another 40 minutes for waffles), it is logical that I do not need coffee for shakshuka, but for waffles with porridge, because I asked to bring coffee when ALL the food is on the table. After shakshuka, porridge was brought half an hour later. Cappuccino and Americano were already icy (of course), they asked the girl to replace the coffee, with a dissatisfied look and rolling her eyes, the girl left to find out, came, silently took the cups, returned a minute later with a cup of cappuccino and said that they drank from it and would not redo it (one sip was taken), I pointed her to their mistake, because I asked for coffee when all the food was on the table (there was still not even porridge on the table, I repeat, we generally received waffles an hour after the order). She said that only Americano had been drunk from a cappuccino cup and would be redone (it was untouched), I found out from her how a person could understand that his coffee was icy without tasting it, she said (quote) "but he wasn't cold." You can't argue, that's right, it wasn't cold half an hour ago, but you should have brought coffee along with all the food. Breakfast was ruined, many people waited for their meals for more than an hour. It's incredibly frustrating that you can't replace coffee, which costs nothing (because of your own mistake). Yes, it's delicious, but I don't want to go back anymore. Customer focus is zero. Boorish waitresses also do not add appetite. Sadly. I don't recommend it.

The worst breakfast we had in Mogilev. We ordered a curd casserole and a waffle with poached egg and salmon tartare. It's just TERRIBLE!!!
The waffle is VERY greasy and salty, even my stomach aches.
Casserole is generally a separate situation, it tastes strange and tasteless, the child is upset. I had to cook breakfast myself, and it all went into a bucket.
We often have breakfast in different establishments in Mogilev and it is always very tasty.
This is the first time this situation has happened to us. We will not order any more at the Buffet.

Everyone here writes about fast and delicious. Neither of these things happened to us. The motto of the institution is: "It just happened."
But in order. We visit Mogilev once a year, we always visit the Buffet. Last year, we were dissatisfied with the long and stupid service - there are a lot of staff, but for some reason this does not help the client, but on the contrary, introduces confusion and a sense of chaos.
On June 21 of this year, by the will of fate, we found ourselves next to Buffett, decided to come in - we were in a hurry for an excursion to the town hall, decided to have lunch nearby. In vain, in vain ...
the three of us had lunch (two adults and a child). We ordered Caesar salad, 2 chillers, chicken schnitzel with couscous, pork schnitzel with French fries, sausages with French fries and three cups of green tea. The receipt is 98 rubles.
When ordering, they asked how long to wait. The waiter replied that it was 15 minutes.
Tea and utensils were brought quickly. Next, Caesar was brought. Friends, this is anything but Caesar. Three pieces of boiled chicken, a couple of lettuce leaves, mayonnaise (!!!!), parmesan, half-ripe tomatoes, small crackers - as for soup. The mayonnaise in this salad is an absolute moveton and canteen level! The cherry on the cake: the salad was brought to one of us. One is eating, two are sitting, watching.
About 10 minutes later, the refrigerator was brought (now the one who ate Caesar is sitting and watching). Potatoes are served to the refrigerator in a separate saucepan. Before, it was hot, crispy, with dill. This time we received portions of cold potatoes - completely icy, from the refrigerator. Pre-fried, please note. That is, the food is heated here, and not cooked to order. Not a good approach, considering the restaurant prices.
I decided to clarify if I was imagining that it was different a year ago. What if my memory fails? I get up and go to the cash register. There are 5 people there at the same time (!). They look at me, but none of them came up until I loudly, through the music, asked them to pay attention to me. It turns out that potatoes should be hot. Bingo! There's nothing wrong with the memory. And why is it cold? But because "it happened that way." This is the response of the waiter, whose badge says "Intern". Then she took my pot of potatoes and left. I continued to eat the refrigerator (without potatoes). When the refrigerator was eaten, the warmed potatoes were brought. What for? I sent it back.
We are sitting, waiting for the rest of the order. They brought my chicken schnitzel and couscous (again two are watching, one is eating). I've never tasted worse than this couscous. The schnitzel is delicious, but the piece is uneven - thicker on one side than on the other. Two people are still waiting for their food, and yet it's been 35 minutes! We have a tour, time is running out. The husband made a small scandal at the checkout, demanding either to bring food immediately or cancel the order. As if by magic, the plates were brought in 2 minutes! Everything is cold! Apparently, the plates were in the kitchen - they were simply forgotten about, and brought only after her husband's demand.
Pork schnitzel is worth a separate description (sorry, I didn't take a photo): dry, overcooked, meat 1 mm thick, breadcrumbs 10 millimeters. The sausages are also cold, covered with green onions on top (why?). We were sitting, looking at these masterpieces, and then we were approached not by an Intern, but by an assistant manager (or something like that). We are ready, he says, to pay you a compliment for the long wait. It's funny, really: 40 minutes of waiting with incomplete boarding, food at the level of the station canteen and with the same serving - and for that a compliment?)) The husband and daughter got up and went out, refusing to eat it. The manager tried to tell me that the Buffet chef sees schnitzel that way - the thinnest meat and lots and lots of breadcrumbs. This is a little thing, it turns out. I demanded a refund for the last two dishes. The money was returned. We have made our conclusions.

The cafe is not bad, but it's strange that you need to place an order at the checkout. I didn't figure it out, I didn't see the menu, the cashier didn't explain anything, she didn't show the menu. I ordered dumplings, and then I found the menu at the table in the napkin holder. I liked the breakfast options, but it was too late. Pitifully. Probably, the locals know the peculiarity of this institution, but for me, as a tourist, this format is not very convenient.

Just fine. What I like the most is the opening time. 8.00 you can come in and have breakfast. And even to eat delicious oatmeal). Well, it's true that rarely in our city in the morning you can have breakfast at eight in the morning and not fast food (maybe there's nowhere else, except at home). The price tag is moderately high, but not more expensive than in other cafes in the center. The portions are not small, the food is hearty.

My favorite place. Delicious and cheap. I visit very often, both alone and with my family. But there is a caveat - visitors. There are a lot of blessed people, more than in other establishments, who sit on their phones with one cup of coffee for a couple of hours, while occupying all the tables... I understand them to some extent, I want to live beautifully and widely, go to different establishments, but my mother does not give me money. So you have to drink cold coffee, stretching the minutes of bliss into hours. I appeal to you, the specified guest, drank coffee - go take a picture of your beautiful life in other locations for insta, let ordinary people eat and make a cash register for the institution!

A decent cafe with a convenient location close to the city center. Nice young staff, good coffee, cocoa. Lovely donuts and waffles, with white cream, with chocolate, a kind of inexpensive and quite decent dessert. The prices are absolutely at an average level. The only negative, for which I put 4 out of 5, is, in my opinion, the atmosphere. The interior is pleasant and modern, but, it seems, without any zest, comfort. The music can be too loud, so it interferes with quiet dialogue or reading a book, even with noise-canceling headphones. In general, a decent place.

When we arrived, we were the only ones in the cafe, ordered several slices of pizza on the spot! We were told to wait 15 minutes! After 15 minutes, other guys came, apparently they also ordered pizza - they were served pizza! When we came to find out why the guys came 15 minutes later than us and got pizza right away? It turned out that they were given our pizza and we have to wait another 10 minutes!!! What is the approach??? We didn't have that much time!!! You have lost customers in our face!!! Disgusting service.
We booked a table by phone for 6 people, said that we were traveling from another city with children, said the approximate time of arrival.
We were 20 minutes late.
None of the managers called to ask if we were late or not coming.
Upon arrival, our huge table was given to a couple (2 people), right in front of us.
They refused to plant it on the terrace, because it is only open in summer.
The service is 0, the attitude is boorish.
I do not recommend it!

Awful.
Where did the old Buffet service go..?
It's a pity.
We rarely come to our city, but we are unlikely to come here again on our next visit.

They moved to another table... According to the barista, she is a cashier, she is a waiter.... The one who makes the order before you, even if he came to the hall later, has priority in sitting at the table. So think about it: it will work out if you come, sit at an empty table, choose what to order, you may be asked to move to another table if another visitor makes an order before you and decides to sit at your table. Don't expect any wow effect on food, everything is standard.
