We ordered 2 wok-a from this establishment on December 30.
They indicated several times that they were both without onions because they were allergic.
The order arrived with onions. They wrote to support, called us, apologized and offered a discount on the next order or on a personal visit.
We agreed not to spoil the mood for ourselves or the staff, especially before the new year.
The receipt was for 28p
We came to the restaurant today and decided to take advantage of the discount
We ordered pizza and one coffee.
We were asked about the discount, and they told us that the discount would be 20%
In total, we spent 28p for the first time, which flew into the trash, now we have placed an order for 26.9 + a 20% discount.
In total, the discount went to 5p 38kop
It turns out that 49p 52 kopecks cost us pizza with coffee.... For that with a 20 discount%
They paid for the mistake of the staff...

nice place, the pizza is delicious. Sushi is fine, but rice is not for sushi. I would also like to note the inconvenient arrangement of the tables. The largest table is right in front of the doors, and it's cold and blowing in winter.

Wonderful place! The food is at the highest level. We tried a lot of piz there - all are incomparable. Also sushi (also awesome). Chocolate cheesecake is just my favorite. The prices, I think, are normal. The atmosphere in the cafe is wonderful, the music, the interior is all super. Also the staff is great, everyone is very polite and cool)

In this small cozy room we found a good menu (wok, rolls, salads, pizzas, cocktails, etc.) - an excellent choice for a small price! They cook and serve well. The situation pleases. As a result, the lost time is about an hour to choose an order, waiting for processing, searching for food in another place, which could already be transported if the manager called back immediately and reported the workload. I understand the workload in the kitchen, but not at the manager, who takes 1 minute to call and report a problem.

I ordered a baked set, according to the description there should have been tuna in the roll, but in fact we got a frozen pollock, the rolls fall apart as soon as you start moving them, the set smelled rotten, and I don't say anything about the caps on the roll, they are made from grated hard cheese, cottage cheese and mayanaise and it turns out a delicious dense cap, and I I just got a piece of melted cheese on top. 1. Noodles should weigh 350 grams. There is much less on the scales with a box.
2. Sushi. It's a complete disappointment. The cost of the level of the Ronin restaurant in Minsk. The quality is below the level of euroopt sushi. This is the first fish I've ever eaten in my life. The consistency is like wet cardboard, there is no taste. I'm afraid to imagine the storage conditions or how many times it was thawed and frozen.
3. Desserts. I do not recommend cheesecake, it has an extremely chemical taste. And the most interesting thing is when they called back, they said to pay 1 ruble extra for the box. Haha. Well, okay.
As a result, it is a complete disappointment. I ordered it for the first and last time. I will recommend avoiding all friends and acquaintances. It is expensive and not very tasty.
