Although the location is by the road, the traffic is not heavy. Of the minuses, I did not like the light in the hall (my eyes get tired), but this is individual.

We did not share the general delight. The service is good. Everything looks delicious. The rest of the cafe is a canteen. Everything is warmed up, and badly. The dumplings arrived badly boiled. In a frying pan with potatoes, all the ingredients seemed to be separate, you can make it much tastier at home. Borscht is ordinary. Tinctures too.
I only liked the shrimp and vegetable cream soup with them.
An unpleasant bonus was the abdominal pain throughout the night after the visit. Highly not recommended.

It is very decent inside and, unlike many places, there is a lot of space - wide passages and competent zoning. The first, second, and third orders were ready within half an hour. The menu is varied. The waiters are very efficient and adequate, I watched how they work with customers.

It's a nice cafe. Delicious, inexpensive. I recommend branded liqueurs and salad with tongue. The only drawback is that it was serviced for a long time. But the waiter warned us about it honestly, we were ready to wait, sitting on the outdoor veranda and enjoying the good weather.

We were a family, we ordered 3 soups and 2 pancakes with mushrooms. The soups are delicious, I liked them, but we do not recommend draniki. At first, I returned my portion, because they were raw, they brought redone ones, and they were also "so-so", and my wife turned out to be undercooked (but they did not present them).

Awesome restaurant!
The prices are reasonable (significantly cheaper than on the "tourist" street), borscht with horseradish (a stack of alcohol) is delicious, noodle soup with chicken is hearty, and they also brought me a piece of delicious cake as a bonus for my birthday.
I recommend it :-)

Excellent inexpensive cafe with fast service in the center of Brest. It is located a little away from a noisy street, so we found a place without any problems. I really liked borscht with salsa 👌 Draniki according to the company recipe, I also liked it. The portions are large, the serving is pleasant.

Unfortunately, the expectations were not fulfilled. From the "pros": on a quiet street, they were served very quickly, diligent waiters (they, of course, still need to gain experience, but this is a lucrative business), good drinks (beer, Chardonnay, juice).
From the "cons": the dishes turned out to be absolutely tasteless. Salmon salad and a frying pan with pork are over-salted, the pancakes are salty, as if they were cotton (the chicken to them, however, was a success), the ordered tuna is one piece hard, the second is half-cooked. And we paid 100 bel for that. RUB (about 3,000 Russian rubles).
Maybe we were just unlucky, but....

The refrigerator and fried potatoes went great in warm weather. Served within 10-15 minutes. The pancakes were cooked for 20 minutes, just finished with the first course.

We have been in Belarus for 8 days, visited several recommended establishments. We went to the Buffet quite by accident, since there were no places in the place where we planned to have dinner. And to my taste, the Buffet turned out to be the best place we could visit for 8 days.. Although the establishment is ordinary in its interior, they do not advertise themselves as a cafe of Belarusian cuisine, but...excellent and fast service, smiling helpful staff, a varied menu, and I didn't have a chance to eat such pancakes anywhere else. There it really is, grated potatoes with salt and a little garlic. In all other cafes, some of them specialized in pancakes, it's just tasteless fried mashed potatoes. Everything else that we tried is also great. We visited Brest, Grodno, Lida and Minsk. Cafe Buffet of many visited places 5 points out of 5.

A great Bar! We drank tinctures, there is a large selection and everything is of excellent quality, I would even say the best during my stay in Minsk / nesvezh/Grodno/ Brest ! Great bartenders! They tell me everything, they advise me! They took it with them! They are poured into branded glass bottles! If you are in Brest, I definitely recommend going there for tinctures!))

The cafe is normal, but the waiters are not customer-oriented. We ordered a set of 4 tinctures for 20 rubles. We asked the waitress for 2 pieces with raspberries and 2 pieces with currants. The waitress refused, said it was necessary to take all the different ones, although individually they all cost the same. I can't understand the principle of refusing. I take a set of 4 tinctures in bulk, four at once, but at a reduced price. Why should I take a tincture that I don't really like, like duchess. The waitress is Lisa. I think the waiter shouldn't have struck a pose and refused. The toilet is a big question for a cafe in the city center.
