Душевный кинотеатр. Люблю рубиновый зал, и звук хороший, и сидения удобные. Не знаю, кому показалось, что персонал пофигистичный. Наоборот, всегда, когда ни придем, встречают очень приветливо, как будто пришли в гости к добрым знакомым. Были в холодное время года, после обстрела в кинотеатре было не очень с отоплением, так нас укутали пледами, было уютно и по-домашнему. Мы ходили и в ковид, и когда город замирал под обстрелами, и радостно было отдохнуть в "Шевченко", который работал и продолжает работать. Желаю процветания кинотеатру!
