A cozy place. We came in by accident, but we didn't regret it. Yes, the room is small. But the menu is decent: both non-trivial dishes (for example, buckwheat porridge with parmesan and poached egg, as a breakfast option), and a children's menu, and the presence of alcohol. On food: baby dumplings are good, nuggets are decent, we also ate draniki with salmon and cottage cheese 👍 I recommend it! The staff is attentive and courteous!

All the negative reviews are not true. A very cool cozy family place. The food is cooked very tasty and homemade. In addition, very tasty freshly roasted coffee, I'm happy to run in the morning and drink it in the evening) Warm atmosphere, nice design with soft sofas, always clean. And there is no question about the time of submission. We often run in with my wife to have dinner because I don't always want to cook after work. I recommend it!

The atmosphere is cool. The food is not good. Borscht for 6. Pancakes are not tasty at all. They don't know what bechamel is here, instead of cheddar, ordinary cheese. The chicken inside is dry, as if it's been boiled, and the ham and salsa have come from nowhere.

We waited for food for more than 40 minutes, ordered a machanka with the result, and instead of a match, they brought a sauce mixed with ketchup and mayonnaise in which cheap sausages floated. Two tiny thin pancakes were served with this sauce.. there are no desserts, the tea turned out to be very tasteless, after we saw that they brought us instead of a machanka, we just got up and left.... They also ordered mashed potatoes with a cutlet instead of mashed potatoes – an incomprehensible white substance, like a powder diluted with water ... such a waiting time for dishes ... and as a result - semi-finished products…

They do not understand that they need to keep the phone with them in order to be able to answer the call promptly. They also do not know that it is advisable to respond to messages immediately. Hungry customers are trying to contact you, who are ready to give you their money, and you meet them with a dissatisfied face, as if your neighbor Natasha came to sit on your ears. On the phone, when ordering for delivery, they do not specify whether change is needed and hang this responsibility on the buyer: "and you did not warn that you need change" 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ This is a problem for most establishments in Belarus. Stupidly there is no culture of service! The owners of this cafe are most likely very irresponsible people and probably made it for the soul, "hi budze", and not as a business. That's not how guys do business! Learn at least from your competitors in the same house. Who always greet you openly and with a smile, as if they had been waiting for you all day) Although the quality of the products there is worse, I would rather give preference to them than to you, like many neighbors in the residential complex. That's why you're losing a lot of profit, guys. Reconsider your customer orientation.
