It turns out that you need to sit on a leash all day waiting for his "Majesty". Neither retire on business, nor do business. The courier calls 5 minutes before arrival and informs you that he is already there. And the fact that you are not in place is your problem. Yesterday's last order is not a priority, it does not transfer to earlier for today. Keep in mind that you will be shoved in the last place, that is, in the ass. You will wait until you are drunk. + The courier sets the price higher, arbitrarily charging himself a tip. That is, if your delivery amount is 27-28 thousand, they will calmly tell you 30. He's the one who gives himself your change. The courier puts himself in the position of the master of the situation, tell him thank you that he gives you such an honor that he delivers orders for your money... If you called half an hour earlier than the working day, it is difficult for him to answer what time to expect his arrival. They won't tell you anything specific. Even if you are a regular customer, you will not be cherished and appreciated. You will be quietly scolded. If you complain about such a service to a call center, then the most you will achieve is, "we will solve your problem now.".. And they will calmly put x on you ... Yes, and delivery does not take a day at all, but 2-3 days, at least!! In general, everything is for customers!!! Isn't it great??
