She was admitted to the toxicology department after poisoning with chlorine vapor. The girls from our company were hospitalized at night. None of the doctors commented on my tests, did not ask for consent to hospitalization. She said three times that I would write a refusal, but no one even wanted to listen to me. It is important to note that I and another girl are foreigners, from which it could be concluded that they did not want to treat us, but simply wanted to "pull out" money. A certain doctor named Dmitry Yurievich assured that first aid is supposedly free in every country. It is very interesting, but for two days of stay in the hospital we paid 700 rubles each. Moreover, all they did to me during these two days was put one drip. Moreover, the poisoning was of moderate severity, and after looking at the tests myself, I was surprised why no one touched me with such a clinical picture. When I saw the calculator before paying for treatment, I was outraged. They attributed a lot of medications that they didn't give me. Disgusting service. Doctors don't know what medical ethics is. No respect for patients. I met there with the unprofessional attitude of the Helmsman Maria Nikolaevna. A doctor who swears in front of patients, interrupts, ridicules you. It was very unpleasant to get such a terrible experience.
It's a great hospital, I've been there several times in a year, and I brought my mother with inflammation, and I treated myself and was in surgery. Attentive, competent staff, tests are done quickly, ultrasound rooms are normal for 4-5 people with facilities in the ward, the food is excellent.
The worst place for emergency trauma patients.
There is no ice, they do not want to anesthetize, the man several times with wild pain due to dislocation of the shoulder joint approached with a request for an examination (AT LEAST!), he was not sent almost 3 letters.
Only after absolutely strangers did not go to insist on this, only after that he was sent to Rtg, where the queue is even longer and no one sorts patients for emergency and those who can wait
Until he started to lose consciousness from the pain shock!
Do they teach this at our bio.med.ethics, PMP and other disciplines?!
As if they come here from a great desire and for fun...
The staff are very pleasant and polite.I visited a friend in the department of neurosurgery-from the wardrobe and security post to the doctors and nurses of the department, everything is clearly organized, friendly and helpful people, thank you all for your work
This assessment is only because there are very few qualified doctors. And spending 6 hours in the emergency room with an average load is strong. Get better
My daughter was admitted to the department of combined surgery with a fractured pelvis on June 25 after the accident. In the Emergency Department, I was engaged in transportation and collection of tests, like her mother. Neither the orderlies nor the nurses approached us. In the waiting room on the ground floor, when rengen was being done, they treated her very rudely, pulled her by the legs, raised her voice, hurt her.We had two doctors in the waiting room who said that she would have to lie down for three days. In the same department of combined trauma, they said two weeks at least. Subsequently, I constantly had to sort things out with the head of the department, I.N. Ladutko. He is a very unpleasant person who kicked me out of the department several times, forbade me to come with the youngest child. Once they were not allowed to guard when I forgot my entrance pass. She came in with a scandal. In the trauma department itself, there were unpleasant nurses who yell at patients as well as unpleasant medical staff. Thank God that not all shifts turned out to be bad.
This is not a hospital, this is a horror!
The 72-year-old grandfather was taken away by an ambulance with a stroke, he was lying not what we asked for a mattress for bedsores, the nurse answered us that they were paid with us!
This is how to understand a paid public hospital and they immediately gave it to us!
Grandpa has been in the hospital for a week, we put him on his feet, we drive every day in shifts, feed him, change diapers, take care of him.
We don't have time to arrive for breakfast in the morning, and every time the orderlies fed him, and when we arrive, we take care of him.And then they tell us that breakfast was brought in the morning and grandpa's diapers were not cleaned and painted in the morning, he can't eat himself, he can't hold a spoon!
He wanted to eat so much that he ate with his hand!!!!!
Diapers full from night to 11 days!!!
What kind of staff is this?!!
Somehow we came to my grandfather, brought food in the ward there is a table but not everyone can sit at it, someone is sitting on the floor eating from a chair Someone put a plate on the dresser on the bed! And one grandfather's plate fell from the pedestal to the floor, I went to ask the staff to clean up and give me a plate of food, because my grandfather's plate fell and they answer me, everything is counting so there is no!!!!
Although I saw how they carry this porridge and cutlets into their cubicles with basins!!!!
How can you feel sorry for your grandfather to eat when you have whole basins of food???
Then the sanetarka came and said to this grandfather, well, you ate, what should he eat from the floor?!
This is your job, your profession, you get paid for it, it's your choice!!!
How can you treat sick elderly people negligently!!!
There are no words.... Some thoughts.... For the work, of course, thank you to the doctors! But the attitude towards patients.... As well as professional skills - for many (not all!) you also need to tighten up very much!
The waiting room is cramped and waiting lists are primarily from the Ambulance. The staff knows their job. The traumatology doctor is a competent specialist. Thanks for the help!
I express my great gratitude for the qualified quick help and diagnosis on 30.06.2023 to my husband (myocardial infarction), because the ambulance team said that it was gastritis and it was necessary to buy but shpu and omeprazole, I insisted on hospitalization.I express my gratitude to the whole med.to the staff of the 1st cardiology department, thank you all very much.
The laboratory and ultrasound were quickly and smoothly accepted . Thanks to the treatment nurse. They gave two injections at once . But some of the doctors are on duty. Only interns, in my opinion. The standard waiting time is one hour.
I got into the BSPM , the ultrasound specialist made such a diagnosis that it was possible to go and jump from the bridge , as a result , they rechecked all a hundred times the diagnosis was not confirmed . Uzista is a surname like Kalinin . I do not recommend this institution or only if absolutely necessary.
It's not necessary once in a while, but doctors, whether students or someone, it's unclear, do not notice a hernia when it hurts and send it home after all the examinations, it's at least unprofessional
This hospital is a terrible place. We were admitted to the emergency department with an 85-year-old grandmother who had a broken hip. She was on a gurney in a supine position, in terrible pain. We had to take her everywhere ourselves, we waited in line for a very long time, the medical staff is rude wherever possible, they don't want to treat, they just push the responsibilities onto each other. The time of visits is strictly stipulated and even it is not so easy to get to a recumbent person, you need a pass. For a pass, you need to contact the head of the department at a certain time, which is completely inconvenient.

On 30.03.2024, she was admitted to the emergency department of the BSMP with burns of both hands. We still need to look for such a level of ambulance: we were promptly accepted and provided high-quality medical care. In 20 minutes, they helped me and gave me further recommendations. Many thanks to all the staff of the reception department, I bow low to you for your hard work, health and happiness to you and your loved ones!!!
I donated blood here , I was pleased with the pleasant staff who smiles , and not like those who are always dissatisfied in polyclinics , it is also very cozy inside , repairs have been made
Heartfelt thanks to the doctors! They were quickly examined after a serious injury, calmed down with an attentive and businesslike attitude and a professional approach!
Glory to all BSMP employees!!!!
It's hard to say what's inside. In any case, as probably in any hospital, it is better not to fall down there. It's better not to get sick and not know the hospital from the inside. But, from the driver's point of view. There is something to say here. The entrance to the ambulance is not convenient, there is almost no guest parking, but we are talking about a hospital in which there is a very large flow of people, and which not everyone fortunately comes by ambulance, some themselves. Plus, there are huge problems with the entrance from Kizhevatov Street. The road is constantly crowded with cars, they are periodically evacuated, but this does not change the situation. Yes, and they put it there, in half of the cases, employees of the hospital itself. There is no other parking lot, again. When asked about pillars or hemispheres, the answer came, there are no funds in the budget.
On December 24, my grandmother was treated at the emergency room, my grandmother was brought from the Brest region, they were afraid that they would not be accepted, but on the contrary, they were issued very quickly, Dr. Afnagel Egor Stanislavovich appointed all the necessary examinations and treatment, thank him very much, a very attentive and responsible doctor,it is nice that we have such specialists, also thank you all the staff who worked in the waiting room at that time were very friendly.
I would really like to note the work of the nurse of the 2nd neurological department of the BSMP, Nadezhda Vladimirovna Buko. I was being treated in this department and witnessed her warm and good-natured conduct with patients. Thank you very much to her and for myself.I ask the hospital management to somehow allocate it, if possible, and award it.Hope you are the best.Sincerely, Ivanov.D.V.
The ambulance brought my husband on Sunday with an honorable colic, they anesthetized him, did an ultrasound, sent him home, on Tuesday the ambulance called again, went back to the BSMP, sent him home again, hospitalized, I tore my ureter, these are the doctors there, I am very dissatisfied, and I would like to contact the Ministry of Health, for such negligent treatment, to people, now my husband is lying in 2 city with tubes, very outraged.
As in any emergency department of any hospital.. a bunch of patients, several doctors, and hours of waiting... There are long queues for ultrasound and X-rays and there is often nowhere to sit down (all the seats are occupied) and when something hurts, this is a very important question. Always attentive, sometimes a little annoyed, but professional.
A nurse standing near the scales tortured me how much I weigh, instead of offering to weigh me))) and I saw the scales behind her only later, having already said the weight at random. The pressure in the medical history was written to me 200/80😂, although it was not even changed... But there were really a lot of people.
It's a long wait, doctors are always away, they don't really react to the fact that you feel bad. There are few places for waiting patients. There is nothing in the restrooms except test jars (soap, antiseptic, toilet paper). For that, there is a cooler with water.
From the emergency room to the surgery, I was led by a sooo slow nurse, in parallel "running" into the room for the orderlies, then for the key to the wardrobe, then into the wardrobe, then back, while I was twisting in pain. At the same time, not understanding what was happening, I followed her, although I could wait and not suffer, it was enough to tell me about it. The journey took 15 minutes or more, after which I overcame it in 3.
I was in the emergency room from 8.45 to 13 something. Yes, they've been messing around for so long.
It can be seen that the staff is already helping patients on the machine. They are tired and may not have financial motivation.
She was in a pre-stroke condition in an ambulance, they worked quickly, examined her for a CT scan and sent her to the intensive care unit. I remember everything vaguely, of course, but thanks to the doctors of the intensive care unit I am alive.
A normal hospital, polite staff.
The corridors are clean, there is no smell.
Landmarks hang on the corridors, which makes it easier to search.
But it's better not to get there)
Terrible attitude in the waiting room from the nurses, rudeness and disrespect. On 10/29/2022, having arrived with her husband, they were urgently forced to leave a complaint against an employee of the reception department !The security officer also behaved disgracefully, was without personal protective equipment and was rude to patients .While I was waiting for my husband in the hall for about an hour , no one came up to him .Then they told me to go to another wing of the department to donate blood and urine to a person who came urgently with pain , without showing me where to go , or offering to take me on a gurney .When she approached the examination room where her husband was standing, after more than an hour of arrival, the nurse shouted to leave, while she did not come closer, but screamed at a distance, with 2 patients and doctors. At the same time, she was doing a back massage for a colleague, when I made a remark to her, to which she replied, we have every right to do what we want , we get tired. She reacted very rudely to my remark to lower her tone , to which I asked for a book of complaints .It is a pity that young girls are not trained in ethics and deontology.I received a response to the complaint in writing, I hope that the employee realized his mistake
The entrance is not the most convenient, parking is small, it is not very convenient to pick up a person after an injury and surgery. At the same time, the staff itself is excellent. They will show you everything in detail and prompt you. There are many places to wait (not in the best condition already, but comfortable enough) a large wardrobe. There is a place to buy water. It's not so easy to find a toilet, there are no signs, but in the wardrobe they will tell you everything.
Thanks to the doctors of emergency surgery and the staff of the renal intensive care unit.We did everything well, we saved my sister, who came from Russia.
Not a bad attitude towards patients. Attentive staff. They are treated with care. Maybe for someone the attitude was not very good, let them not judge, some people are to blame for such an attitude towards them. Although the staff has a lot to think about. And develop in terms of assistance.
