I can't bring myself to call it a university, a vocational school, except perhaps, and then with a stretch. The buildings are defective. Some kind of awkward tests before the session, which everyone writes off, and everyone knows about it, exams are also passed. The teachers mostly correspond to the low bar of this institution, respectively, knowledge is 0, as is my assessment, but 0 cannot be set, so 1.
