A great bank. I often come here, almost always without queues, took a ticket and literally in 1-2 minutes I already have a specialist. Very competent and courteous staff.
The staff is polite and does their job well... But here are the queues... They test their patience. 1-2 cash registers are open... At the same time, there are enough specialists who are not employed. It would be great to open more cash desks during busy hours.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this bank. Every time I come, I have to wait in line for 30-40 minutes, which is absolutely unacceptable. The ticket offices are closed. There are only two of them. The electronic queue is incorrect. This situation is constantly observed. The service experience is terrible.
