When replenishing the account with a Belarusbank card, 13 kopecks + 6.50 rubles were debited.
It would be all right, but! When depositing, we asked the cashier a question: "We pay with a Belarusbank card, what additional payments will be made"!
The answer is: "5% of the payment amount"!
As a result, according to BSB Bank LLC, 5% of 0.13 rubles is equal to 6.50 rubles!!!
And here I am in a stupor! Either I'm not good at math or...

The staff is competent. Even with a clogged parking lot, it didn't take long to wait in line. I don't know how it is on weekends, but on weekdays there is no point in going there by car. It will be a miracle if you find a place. I left it in the paid parking lot, but even so it's a long way to go. I recommend going by public transport or SPM.
A good bank, polite and qualified staff, some services are a little more expensive than in other banks, but the service is better, we have been working for 5 years
