The house as a whole is new and clean, lots of beds, there are almost all the necessary utensils, a good sauna, there is a small pool to take a dip.
Minuses:
The house is very cold, they save electricity, when asked to make it warmer or explain how nothing changed (we eventually figured out what was what and adjusted it the next day, but we already had a cold)
The bathhouse is for a fee, although it's part of the house, well, it's funny and no one warned.
Bed linen is paid (we have lived in many places, this is the first time we have seen this, we came for a few days, of course we need to sleep on something, we could have warned)
The owner of the house came in the morning without warning, while we were walking around in our underwear.
and he did not take care of the convenience for the guests at all.
When we arrived to check in, people in swimsuits were running around the site, the banb was rented out to others in parallel, although our time began with check-in, I could not let my dog run and let outsiders leave the territory.
Important! The deposit was not immediately returned (apparently it took a couple of hours to count all the spoons), as a result, not all of them were returned. After we left, Ge didn't get in touch at all.
We rent houses every year, this is the first time this attitude has been shown.
And the icing on the cake
"I came in the morning, your light is on in the bathroom, for whom is it on, for me? Who will pay?" and why come the question…

Review of the rental of a house from January 4 to January 6, 2025
The house is generally new and clean, the bath complex is quite good, but the entire rental experience was ruined by the completely unacceptable and incompetent behavior of the owner.
Minuses:
A cold house and ignoring requests: Upon arrival, the temperature in the house was only 16 degrees. We immediately asked the owner to heat the house, but he did nothing to remedy the situation. After a night in such cold weather (and despite the fact that we were not warned about the heating problems), we had to figure out the heating system ourselves in order to somehow raise the temperature. This is simply unacceptable!
Illegal and hidden additional expenses: The advertisement stated that the sauna complex was included in the rental price, but in fact, upon arrival, the owner stated that the sauna complex was not included in the price of the house and was paid separately. On the second day, we warmed up after a night in the cold — to which the owner at first said that it would not cause additional expenses. But upon departure, he reneged on his word and demanded an additional payment. On the third day, the sauna was not used at all. The requirement to pay extra for the days when the sauna was not used is a blatant attempt to cash in on the tenants and a complete disrespect for us.
Invasion of personal space: Every day we found that the owner came into the house without warning and went about his business. This is absolutely unacceptable! We rented the house, not handed it over to the owners. Our personal space should be inviolable, and the owner violated it.
Unfulfilled promises: The owner promised to refund the money for the days when the sauna was not in use, but he never did. This is either incompetence or deception. There was no transparency or honesty on his part.
Lighting problems: The two rooms had one common light switch, which is not only inconvenient, but also ridiculous. To turn off the light in one room, you had to turn off the light in the next room. This is an elementary flaw, which indicates that the hosts have absolutely not taken care of the convenience for the guests.
Paid bed linen: The bed linen turned out to be paid, and we had to pay extra for its use. This came as a real surprise to us, because there was no information about hidden surcharges in the description of the accommodation. This behavior can be regarded as deliberate extraction of additional profit at the expense of tenants.
No notification of other guests: On the first day, there were other people in the sauna complex until 17:00. We only found out about it because we saw them running naked around the site. This is absolutely unacceptable — when renting a house, we expected that the territory would be exclusively ours, and no one would violate our personal space without prior notice.
Limited entertainment without using the sauna: If you do not plan to use the sauna, be prepared for the fact that all other entertainment — billiards, tennis, etc. — will be closed to you. The host decides for himself what is available to you and what is not. As a result, you will have only one entertainment in the whole house — watching TV. This is an absurd situation where for the money you pay, you are not given full access to the terms of the lease.
Recommendations:
Be extremely careful. Make sure that all rental conditions and additional expenses are specified in advance. Do not believe the promises of the owners if they are not backed up by concrete facts.
Check the house upon check-in and record all violations and shortcomings. Do not rely on empty words from the owners, especially if they repeatedly change the terms without notice.
Be sure to be on site when handing over the apartment back to the owners. The deposit was not refunded to us. This is absolutely unacceptable!
I do not recommend this host! It is impossible to negotiate with him, and the terms of the lease clearly do not meet the stated standards. It was a terrible experience and we are extremely disappointed.

We had a great vacation, we really enjoyed it. Cozy place, big space. Everyone was delighted with the sauna and the pool. Everything is available for a comfortable stay.
The owner is a pleasant person, he quickly responded to requests.
We will be happy to come back again!
