The craftsmen are really professionals, and the interior in the cabin is pleasant.
But!
For me, beauty treatments are in many ways about relaxing in a pleasant environment while I am being given beauty, i.e. I'm going for the service as well. In this regard, over the past year and a half, the Brovist has frankly lost ground. If earlier a friendly administrator would offer a drink, and help with outerwear, and it was nice to talk, now it's not. And it seems like a service was rendered, everything is beautiful and high-quality, but without a soul.

I used to go here, there were never any questions, now I was recorded to the master for a month for a certain time, they called me a day and told me that this master would not work on that day and I also could not get to another master for the recorded time, the next day there were no places for the selected time either, only if I can record it in 5 days. I really did not like this situation, how can you remove the master from work and leave customers without a service at the chosen time and day! For the first time I am faced with such a situation when none of the masters can provide you with a service at the chosen time and day.
This situation has been solved, I am glad that customers are appreciated here, since the masters work well. I hope there will be no more similar situations and the salon will please its customers ✨

I didn't like it very much. The eyelashes started sticking out in different directions a day later, plus some kind of poisonous component - it burned my eyes already; I've done lamination many times and many places, this is the first time I've come across this.

I visited the Browist salon yesterday, I want to share my impressions.
The masters are just super, I signed up online for two procedures with a small time difference. They picked a convenient time for me so that I didn't wait and immediately did the second procedure. The masters themselves are very pleasant and polite. I also really like the online recording system, when you can choose the time and date for yourself, and not wait for them to answer you about the free windows.
The job is just super done. The prices are just fire. It is very cozy and atmospheric, I will definitely go to them further.

I didn't quite understand the discount system. I had an eyelash extension today. Last time I was given a discount card, and they said next time you will have a 20% discount on eyelashes. Today, when the administrator saw my card, for some reason she counted all my previous visits, put a lot of seals and calculated at full cost. It's not that I need this discount. But there was an unpleasant aftertaste. At the same time, it was done as if I was asking for something. I didn't hear goodbye either. In short, I walk all day with an unpleasant aftertaste. (( The eyelashes are wonderful, there are no complaints about the master. Thanks to her!!
