The perfect place for a relaxing holiday! The beach is 5 minutes away, a comfortable pool in the courtyard, pleasant rooms to stay in!
The owners of the house have done everything to make you relax comfortably😊 from meeting at Sochi airport, cleaning the rooms to organizing excursions, taxis to any part of Abkhazia, electricity availability around the clock (believe me it is important)
Many vacationers from other countries go to the dining room at this guest house — draw conclusions about the quality of the kitchen.
And the most important thing: the staff are just wonderful people!

Very friendly staff and the owners of the Breeze hotel house. There is a dining room. They cook fresh, delicious food every day, you can say at home. The dining room is clean and tidy. In case of a storm at sea, there is a large, heated swimming pool on site. The rooms are clean. Convenience in the room. The location of the living room house from the sea is especially important, because the sea is almost 100 meters away. There is a pizzeria and grocery stores nearby. In general, we liked it there, and we advise others to relax there.

We had a rest with our family in Abkhazia, in Tsandrypsh, at the Breeze hotel with the wonderful hostess Serafima! I have the most positive impressions! They greeted and escorted us as dear guests! The territory and the room are perfectly clean! Special thanks to the girls who clean the hotel! And many thanks to the chefs for the delicious food! We had a wonderful rest! How nice it was to return from the sea and excursions to the hotel, to Seraphim. She always greeted us with a sincere smile and kindness!We also want to add about the stunning view from the balcony that overlooks the mountains)))) They opened up to us in different ways every day. And also about the beach..... : for us, the most important thing was that it would be sparsely populated..and three minutes from the Breeze, there is just such a beach, with cool bungals made of palm leaves. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We will definitely go again. The cuisine is excellent, there is a very large selection of dishes. The service is decent. The sea is within walking distance and clean. There are good cafes on the beach where you can eat and have a snack. The hotel has a gorgeous swimming pool. I recommend visiting and relaxing.

Responsive and attentive staff, the food in the dining room is moderately varied and delicious. The rooms are clean, you can ask for cleaning once every 3 days. Towels are also changed on request.
The area is clean and well maintained.
A warm pool is especially pleasing in cloudy weather or when there is a storm at sea (fortunately we had only 2 days of such).
The prices for excursions are the same everywhere, we ordered from the owners of the guest house "Breeze".

The breeze.. How much is in this title. We were from August 19th to 27th, everything is wonderful. A very good place to relax, a cool large swimming pool, a shower and a bathroom nearby, a dining room on the territory, not that cheap, but close by and with a large fresh assortment. The staff is just something, we were at home, Serafima, Tanya, You just have the strongest hugs!!! It's a beauty for children, they all constantly hang out by the pool, play with some interactive toys, the benefit of the pool area is full, there is also a covered outdoor veranda with tables overlooking the pool, a second large dining room with a pool downstairs. We were without children on the 4th floor, I recommend those without children - although they climb high, but it's quiet)) the sea is 5 minutes away on foot, there is a good shop on the way. And I also recommend the cafe Sea Sea, it's just on the way to the sea that you will come across it, there is the best service and attitude)) we rented a bungalow there for almost the entire vacation, the owners also left a great impression, they did not rest in vain.

The best place to relax where I've ever been! We had a rest from July 29 to August 09, 2024. I didn't write a review right away on purpose to calm down my emotions. As a result, the overall impression did not change (I started with it), no negative memories appeared. It is very important for me: both myself and my whole family felt comfortable in this guest house, the attitude towards the guests was like family. Both the owners and all the employees are the most charming people, and communicating with them is already a pleasure in itself. When parting at departure, both the wife and the children cried. We rented a 5-bed room (such rooms are rare on the entire Black Sea coast). The room has everything you need, everything is in order, everything is clean. I really liked the huge terry towels instead of blankets: you can't think of a better one for summer time. The guest house has a large parking lot for cars, for those traveling by public transport (as we did this time), a transfer is readily organized (the car was always on time, the driver - it so happened, the same - is neat, polite and exceptionally friendly). The sea is nearby, the way to it is beautiful, especially the one across the bridge over the Lapstu river. Grapes, figs, kiwis, bananas, tangerines, lots of flowers along the fences - all this decorates this road to the sea. The beach is pebbly, spacious, the sea is clean. Beach activities are like everywhere else on the coast. The offers of excursions are for every taste. There are shops and a market nearby. The guest house hosted a disco once a week for everyone: fun, cultured, beautiful. There is a large swimming pool for guests, illuminated at night. The water in the pool is clean and warm. There is a large recreation area with sun loungers around the pool, and a separate bathroom next to it. There is also a playground and a covered shaded terrace with tables. Wi-Fi is available in the guest house; the connection in the room was sometimes slow, but it was always good on the balcony and on the territory. There is a free self-service laundry for guests - 4 automatic washing machines, very convenient. The dining room, located on the 1st floor of the guest house, is particularly admirable. The choice of dishes is huge. The dishes themselves are of excellent quality, everything is always fresh and delicious. Probably, it is possible to find cheaper canteens, but there has never been a desire to do this. Except for the days when they went on excursions, they ate only in the dining room of the "Breeze". Cold beetroot, solyanka, meatballs, kebabs, kebabs, stuffed zucchini and eggplant, dolma, achma, khinkali, khachapuri boats, macdarin juice... And the cakes are different every day!.. It was great!!!

A very wonderful place to relax!
We took a 4-bed room, arrived by car, a large Parking lot.
Clean and cozy room, refrigerator, toilet, shower, TV, in the room.
Excursions for every taste,
The road to the sea took about 5 minutes slowly. There are many shops nearby. It takes 10 minutes by car from the border.
If we compare it with Turkey, at least where we were, then definitely to the Breeze, to Abkhazia.
You can write about the hosts and staff forever, I did not expect such hospitality, a very warm welcome!
Serafima treats people like beloved relatives who have been waiting for a long time, everything is very sincere!
The girls in the dining room are just goddesses, they cook so that you want to have a second stomach!
Tanya and Inga, we also loved you very much, now we have sunk into our soul, the scrambled eggs (with all the cases) are super, you can't say more correctly, all the dishes are gorgeous, and the wine and chacha are delicious.

Breeze is probably the best hotel at an affordable price. There is a very kind and friendly staff, an excellent swimming pool that is cleaned every morning, there is Parking for cars on site, a delicious dining room (for a family of two adults and two children it costs 1500-1700 rubles)

Hello everyone! We had a rest in August 2024! I never rest in the same place (in our south, and abroad)! But this hotel, where I would come with my family again!!! The sea is at hand, with a small 5 minutes, the edge! The food seems expensive, but such portions are large!!! For example, at lunch we take the first, the second and the soldier and you don't want to go anywhere (you can't go), but you will go to the bottom of the sea! We rested from 24.05.-01.06 2024. with her husband and two sons. This is a family business, so the owners themselves quickly solve everything on the spot and on the hotel and explain where everything is in their village, by the sea and where to go for what. The beach in this place is large, there are very few people, the entrance to the sea is a small stone, it is not critical. The water is perfectly clean. Serafima arranges the disco periodically, very cool, pleased) the girls, assistants and in the dining room are just super, they can be wished to everyone👏not a single day, we did not encounter any rudeness, everything is kind and good. If you decide to go to Tsandripsh, then my advice is only here! Sometimes we didn't even want to go to the sea from here!!!! We rested at the Breeze Guest House from September 10 to September 25, 2023. It was warm, but every day the sea was getting colder, as it was getting colder at night.
At first glance, the guest house is chic, a large territory, lots of palm trees and flowers, a covered gazebo with lots of tables for evening gatherings (in the evening it was problematic to sit there with the children, everyone smoked at the tables), a large heated and illuminated swimming pool, there are 2 massage fountains (you need to ask them to turn on) and a froghouse, near the pool has a shower (to wash up after the sea), a playground, sun beds, you can wash and iron for free, there is a shuttle service.
The dining room is not expensive, but there is a small selection and flies on the distribution (then they went to another dining room), a large plasma, a toilet, 2 high chairs for feeding (1 was broken, there were no straps and the table was not attached, the child could fall out), the tables were sometimes dirty, instead of salt shakers there were saucers with salt and pepper.
Rooms with all amenities (serviceable air conditioning, noisy refrigerator, rickety furniture, sticking TV, clean toilet and shower, good towels, dryer on the shared balcony)and we were lucky with a view from the window, provided a playpen bed for a child for free (but it was very dirty, laid a blanket, the child did not sleep there, played and watched cartoons while I was busy). The Internet does not pull in the rooms, only near the pool, my husband bought a SIM card for work, and I am happy that the eldest child did not stick to the phone on the bed. The buildings require minor repairs. At us, the handle on the window fell off, the loose lock on the front door closed with difficulty. Old bedsore mattresses, this is a strong minus, it was not comfortable to sleep. Floors and stairs are tiled, which after rain or a wet person (who is too lazy to wipe himself after the pool) becomes slippery, it is dangerous and there have been unpleasant incidents! Cleaning and linen change on request.
The sea is a 3-5-minute walk away, there is a lot of entertainment on the beach and various sun beds for money (classic, 2 bedrooms with curtains, bamboo seats under palm umbrellas). Be sure to take corals, there are pebbles there.
There are many shops with a full range of goods within a 3-minute walk, only a pharmacy is far away in the center (it is better to take all medicines with you).
The staff was friendly, but very exhausted (the end of the season and in my opinion there were few of them for such a large guest house), there were several nervous conversations.
Everyone who rested with us was happy and wanted to return next year with friends, that is, to recommend to all friends a visit to this guest house! This is important!
