Just don't waste your time and nerves on this place and never come here. My husband and I fell for the location, for the fact that everything is nearby, you can walk everywhere, their territory is pretty, there is a swimming pool. That's all.
These constant interruptions in water and electricity do not allow you to live normally. Especially when it's +38 outside. It's elementary not to go to the bathroom normally. I'm not talking about washing, cooking, etc.
And for those who come here for a week to relax, a spoiled vacation will generally be guaranteed. We have had no water at ALL for two days now. Every time we approached the guard or the reception, we were told that the water would be "today", "in 5 minutes", "in 10 minutes", today before 15:00", etc. Why lie? Unclear.
As for furniture and appliances, everything is very old, noisy, and leaking. Just avoid this place.

Everything looks good, and the apartments are small, especially the kitchen without windows and ventilation is surprising. Few people know about ventilation in Egypt at all.
