A good place for a family holiday with children. Separate cozy houses with a veranda. The rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower. Special thanks to the maid girls)) the cleaning is at a very good level, linen and towels are always clean, the house is cleaned regularly. Thanks to Yana and the girl chefs! Arriving late, after the tour we were fed dinner, the food is delicious and varied, you can order your favorite dish at any time, as well as complement it with delicious wine. Thanks to Dima - the person works for the benefit of the guests, any request will be heard and you will be invited to a meeting. Thanks to the guards - you will be taken to the market, the water park or an individual tour for a nominal fee.
There is a playground for children on the territory of the eco-hotel, in the evening children are busy with outdoor games, while parents relax on cozy verandas and share their impressions of excursions and the sea.
If you want to have a budget vacation with children, then this is the place for you. We will definitely come back))

It's a disgusting place. I do not recommend it. They were in July 2023.
Initially, I liked that the houses were wooden. But in Abkhazia, water and light are turned off for several hours every day, houses are terribly heated, it is impossible to stay in them.
Food: It's tin, it's just tin.
We took breakfasts and dinners. We came for the first breakfast. The tables are dirty, there are no napkins on the table. There is a woman sitting at the distribution, it should have been said, 3 breakfasts, and she puts what God sent.
There is no choice, and many were with children, just like us. For dinner, everything was kind of spicy, with sauce. Please tell me, who do children eat this?! Spicy and with sauce! And the first dinner is chicken belly buttons with pasta with hot sauce. In general, the child remained hungry all the time.
One day they came for breakfast, again there are no napkins, boiling water, sugar. And the grandmother, who is sitting at the distribution, began to complain: "These people are carrying everything, carrying napkins, carrying sugar. Is it really impossible to buy in a store."
But these are still flowers.
We were poisoned in this hotel!
For dinner they gave some kind of stew, very spicy. Thank God, the child doesn't eat that. My husband and I ate enough. And so at 2 a.m. it started... It was a tin, I've never had such a severe poisoning in my whole life. The day came, and besides everything else, the lights and water were turned off for half a day. And you're lying dying in a heated house with an indelible toilet. Two days of torment. It was hell.
Cleaning: we watched the cleaning of the next room adjacent to ours. Two grandmothers were cleaning up. Conclusions: the dishes were washed with their hands in the sink, the toilet mats and the shower mat were washed there, and then everything was hung out and put out to dry on the dirty crossbar of the veranda of the same house. The photo is attached. The glasses are drying next to the toilet mats.
Now imagine what's going on in the kitchen.
Location: I do not know which line is the farthest, there was nothing further. The distance is at least a kilometer, about 1.2 km to the sea.
It was a disgusting trip, to a terrible hotel, which ruined the whole experience. Do not spoil your vacation and do not spend such money on a creepy place with evil grandmothers who hate all vacationers. It's not worth it at all.

We are vacationing in Brigantine with the whole family in July 23. A very cozy, calm, beautiful place. Friendly staff, try 100% to please every vacationer, all from the heart.
The cuisine is incredibly delicious. To the free menu, you can order any dish, including homemade wine, cognac, etc. at affordable prices.
There is a Playground, a 4-year-old child is happy. When you are in a cozy and clean hotel area, you do not have to worry about the child that will leave the territory - the hotel is guarded, the territory is fenced.
There is free parking. Drinking water is freely available, and the use of an iron is free of charge.
The sea is 10 minutes away, shops are close.
We definitely recommend it! The hotel is for those who like a quiet, cozy vacation.

We just returned from vacation. We rested in the Brigantine from July 16 to July 26. The territory of the boarding house is very beautiful and well maintained. The cabins are clean, everything you need is there.
The sea is 7-10 minutes away at a leisurely pace.

We had a vacation with a friend in Bigantin from September 12 to September 25, 2022. We were well met and conducted in the same way. Clean comfortable houses with everything you need. I definitely recommend it. If you need pathos, expensive repairs, swimming pools and so on, then you are not here. If you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city, work, you want warmth, home comfort, delicious homemade food, silence, then you definitely come here. It's budget-friendly, but wonderful. Everything is clean, tidy, the sea is a 10-minute walk away. A village? Well, yes... but at the same time we traveled all over Abkhazia and did not find a better place. To everyone who writes game about food in which horseradish knows what, about monotony in nutrition, about some wires, etc. Well, good health to you ... we rested for 10 days. We had a rest from August 3-10 with my mother and children. The hotel consists of mini houses, it was quiet and peaceful.I really liked the food, everything is cooked with you, breakfasts and dinners were included, everything is homemade. Thanks to Ladira, for the delicious food, Yana as a good waiter and a pleasant person to talk to. Thanks to all the staff who need cleaning in the room, you could safely come up and they will clean up for you. There is a small playground on the territory, a child with other children played all day. It takes 8 minutes to walk to the sea, where there are shops and canteens along the way, but in our boarding house you can order any dish for a fee. (I recommend cheesecakes, pizza, a boat, ) . A place for a quiet family vacation. Thanks to Dmitry the manager for the good reception.

We rested for the first time and most likely for the last time in this boarding house . The territory is not well-groomed, the grass is knee-deep. The houses have high audibility , so you can hear what 's on the street in the neighborhood . The kitchen, it was stated, the buffet is a complete "mess", eat what they give, as they say, and if you want something else, pay, but we paid for the room and two meals a day, and there is practically no such thing, and what you can't eat is "eat". And the cooks are unfriendly and always unwilling.On the positive side, this is Dima's manager , thank you for his kindness and responsiveness, good luck to him. Otherwise, I don't recommend it.👎

In this town, recreation is only for pensioners and it is very boring.I liked the manager very much, thanks for the water from the dining room-free, but all the other employees are elderly maids who are not happy and go to the dining room.(it's even better there."If the vacationer did not like being hungry, they spread the mashed potatoes on a plate.And another minus:Maybe you'll take it into account someday:plates of food are taken out of the kitchen (where we don't see anything, what is poured and how, maybe they are drained from the unconnected ones, ugh-ugh.I do not recommend this Brigantine!!!

We rested in the Brigantine from September 9 to 17, the territory of the hotel is beautiful and comfortable and all my good reviews ended there, the audibility in the house was terrible, it was not possible to sleep, you could hear everything that the neighbors were doing through the wall, talking about, snoring. About the dining room, this is a separate story, yes, the food is delicious, but if you eat with children, they will not eat it, especially what they give for dinner, often the food was spicy, there were constantly not enough glasses, when they came up and asked for a clean glass, they took it out with such a face as if they asked them for a piece of meat, sometimes a cooler with hot water I ate warm, there were constantly not enough teaspoons, I ordered pizza for the evening for the children, they made it spicy, I asked them to redo it and they redid it, they made the dough thin that the dough became immediately like a cracker and burnt and put a couple of sausages upstairs, the kitchen work is terrible, before leaving for the airport we were allowed to come earlier for breakfast and came 10 minutes earlier, to which we were answered, Well, I'm still cooking, we left hungry with the children, the attitude towards the guests is terrible! They lived in this holiday home in mid-June 2022. Of the advantages, this is the territory, the houses are well located, there is an idle bar in the center, where children hung out and raged in the evenings, there were a lot of children, sometimes they screamed until half past one at night. We had a one-year-old child with us and sometimes the screams were annoying, the noise insulation in the houses also leaves much to be desired. I note that the shower always had a good pressure, each house has its own boiler, there were no problems with hot water either.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea with children, you can't go directly, you had to go first along the road where there are no sidewalks, and then only into the alley to the sea.
We had 3 meals a day, sometimes it was delicious, sometimes not so much. There were 6 of us, sometimes one person could put a healthy fleshy chicken leg for dinner, and the other got a small bony chicken wing with a side dish. The most disappointing thing was when they ordered a pork kebab (they said they didn't make chicken, they ordered a mutton kebab a day, by a certain time, a couple of hours before the agreed time, they reported that they hadn't found mutton), but the pork kebab was terrible, it seemed to us that it was cooked either in the oven or on the electric grill, because the outdoor grill was littered with boxes in the morning, and when they took the barbecue, the boxes were lying on it. Although we have seen how it was cooked for guests before. Maybe we were unlucky with the cook. We also ordered French fries, but in fact we cooked fried ones, I'll attach a photo.
Additionally, salads were ordered, there were delicious and huge portions. We took pizza and boats every night. There is a cooler with drinking water in the dining room, which is definitely a plus.
But the staff is generally friendly and friendly, especially I want to mention a woman named Pikrya (I hope I wrote it correctly), the room was cleaned well. The manager Dmitry could not help in finding a car that would take us to Pitsunda on a sandy beach, they found it on their own. And it seemed that Dmitry was very tired and he would like to sleep or take a break from vacationers and their problems. We went with a guard to the local market, spices are more expensive there than in the shops next to the Brigantine, otherwise the prices were the same.
During the 8 days of rest, the electricity was turned off 1 time at night for several hours and 1 time during the day for a couple of hours.
In general, there was a positive impression about the rest.

The staff and owners are completely Abkhaz. We lived here for three weeks from 21.06 to 12.07.23. I am grateful for the drinking water, which can be collected free of charge in the cooler in the dining room. The food quickly got tired - monotonous, tasteless, margarine instead of butter, they constantly swear that vacationers take out bread and dishes. And I came across an iron wire in the salad with a taste of soap from iron washcloths, as they explained to me, with which they wash dishes. I write without emotion - Such information would be very useful to me when choosing a place to stay. The cook made a wild scandal for me in the entire dining room that she would not feed me, since I found this wire in my plate and also made a remark to her. The manager and the tour operator apologized, but the rest was already ruined. For some reason, the amount of food in portions changed during our stay - at first very little, then there were more people and the portions increased. But we had hair, sand, and a fly in our plates all the time, unfortunately.
Maybe we're the only ones who are so unlucky. The staff - elderly tired local women, groaning and sighing, cleaned every four days, at the same time changing towels and bed linen. The houses require repair- there is mold in the shower, the tiles fell off on the floor and walls partially too, we had green och.nasty slugs after using the shower, because it leaked and they tried to glue it for a week. The TV was not working. There is not a single normal mirror and it is dark in house number 16. There was a playground nearby - it was noisy - out of boredom, the children just alternately shouted who was louder. We had a view from the cabin of abandoned buildings.The lights and hot water were turned off regularly

The Psou-Sukhum highway passes nearby, and there is an opportunity to go for a walk to Gagry, New Athos, etc. Well, the most precious thing of the boarding house is the dining room! Cook Landira and the girls organize Excellent meals for vacationers! Very tasty dishes are served in a beautiful, modern dining room! There is an opportunity to order some kind of individual dish and drinks! My wife and I got to the boarding house after dark, but the kitchen staff welcomed us very cordially and fed us a hot dinner! Upon arrival, it was hard for us to explore the boarding house and nature in the dark, it was a little anxious in our soul! But when morning came, we were shocked by the beauty of the Brigantine boarding house and its surroundings! The manager Dmitry is a very attentive person, you can contact him with any question, and all the staff are here as a selection!!! A great place for a relaxing holiday. The photos correspond really well. The food is good. We liked everything. The houses are good, there is enough space for two adults and two children. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, bathroom. A veranda with a table and chairs . In addition to the food that is included, you can order almost any dish, there is a separate menu. Khachapuri 600g. 300 rubles. , Grilled salmon 180p. For 100g. (Example). The territory is closed , but guests can enter and exit around the clock. There is a guard. There are cameras everywhere. There is a small children's playground on site. I recommend the Bacchus store, where the assortment differs from other stores (ice cream for 20 rubles, dry homemade wine, which is rare, hot smoked trout 160 rubles per piece. , aged wine , etc . ) . The sea is 7 minutes away on foot. Staraya Gagra is 16 km away , we went there by car every other day. Dmitry (the manager) solves all issues, if any, will tell you where to go, excursions, etc. Special thanks to him!

The village of Tsandripsh is a great place for a family holiday ♥️ The local nature is fascinating, you want to come back here😍 The Brigantine boarding house, where we rested, is located 2 lines from the sea, about 7 minutes and offers a magnificent view. The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean, and there are relatively few people (when compared with Sochi beaches)) The boarding house itself initially attracted our attention with its cute and cozy houses, fenced, guarded and equipped with recreation areas. We stopped by on June 22, 2021, late in the evening. The manager Dmitry met us, explained everything and showed us. The canteen, which is located in the middle of the complex, of course, was no longer working, but the workers were still there) cheese, vegetable, meat plates and such incredibly delicious white wine were organized for us. A surprisingly pleasant place. Friendly staff, amazing cuisine and stunning mountain views. We were pleased with the houses with all amenities and equipped with air conditioning (and this is very important). Each house has its own mini-terrace, especially appropriate in the evenings. Any questions about the rest in the boarding house and beyond were resolved very quickly. The sea is no more than 10 minutes away at a very leisurely pace.

When choosing a hotel, I also liked the houses and the hotel in general..upon arrival, there was no limit to the disappointment .the hotel was rented through a travel agency for 10 days.On the third day of our stay, we left for Sochi.
Why!?
1. because the reviews are most likely written by the wrong people who were at this hotel.I won't believe it after my stay there.that there is no negative review, not one.
2. The complete absence of television.
3. The Internet in the hotel is 20 or even 10%. Yes, believe me.
4. Water.they have wells because of this, the water is so stinky that it is not possible to wash at all..you just go to the shower with one breath to get out of the smell of water faster..
Food..delicious.but for that kind of money, buckwheat with sausage.or I can eat pilaf at home...

We rested from 08/02/2011 to 08.08.21.Very comfortable boarding house in the cottage air conditioning, refrigerator, TV on the territory of the boarding house good Wi-Fi. Good afternoon, everyone. The year 2021 extended the summer for another week in Abkhazia.
I was on vacation with my family.

A quiet place. The houses are not large but comfortable in layout. Air conditioning, TV (unless of course someone needs this function on vacation), everything works.
Shower, clean bed linen. Pleasant staff and delicious, I repeat DELICIOUS cuisine!!! There is a menu paid for on vacation and you can always order a dish on request. It will not be difficult to spend a wonderful evening with a bottle of wine and a pleasant dessert.
The child was not bored, walking with the children of vacationing neighbors. WiFi is also available for work.
The pension is located in a quiet location. (the sabbath is from the cafes of the coast and there is no noise from the road at all). Shops are a 2-3 minute walk away. It is also easy to walk to the sea in 5-7 minutes, taking into account the stop for a bottle of beer)).
As soon as I come to this hospitable country again, I will definitely visit the guys.

The chefs and the kitchen are comparable to a roadside eatery. We did not expect delicacies and a restaurant menu, but we were not ready to feed like pigs and treat the same way on vacation. If a pancake with cottage cheese, then 1. If scrambled eggs, then 1 egg. If the porridge is so sweet that it is not possible to eat. If you want, you can cook simple but delicious dishes with a soul and at home, with normal portions, so that people eat with pleasure and do not stay hungry.
The cooks themselves are eternally dissatisfied evil grandmothers. Change the chefs and you will be happy.
The rest: accommodation, houses, the territory of the boarding house are quite satisfactory and do not cause complaints.
I won't come here anymore, just because of the lousy food and boorish chefs.

A good place to relax with the whole family. The sea is nearby in an 8-minute walk, the water is blue, the beach is clean. We lived with my husband in a cottage, the interior is clean and tidy, there is everything you need, they are cleaned every 3 days, you can ask them to clean more often, everything is optional. Pleasant administration, did not refuse any request. There is a dining room on the territory, but I didn't really like the food, everything is delicious, but our dishes are prepared in their own way, but this is not critical! (:
Overall, I had very good impressions. The village is quiet and peaceful, kind people, everything you need can be bought in shops or from private traders.
