Not 4 stars at all. Outwardly neat. There is no conditioner shampoo, take it with you. The tooth brush and comb are disposable (I was able to run it through her hair 2 times). Toilet paper is cut, sometimes sloppily paper towels (those that are more expensive). They didn't put a foot towel on the first day. I had to use it on the floor for the face. The next day they put it for the floor, they didn't do it for the face (probably 2 pcs is the norm for a 4-star ..) they brought it on request. You will not drink tea or coffee, there is no spoon. The water is not bottled, there is a filled carafe. Who poured what into it remains a mystery. About the lighting. There is only 1 light bulb on the ceiling at the entrance. The bedroom and work table area is not illuminated. In the bathroom, the light bulb above the mirror does not work. Spoil your eyes for health. There is a small lamp on the bedside table, but it does not make the weather. By the way, there is only one bedside table. The mattress is not bad. The staff is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Separately about the restaurant. I went down at 9.30 pm to have a snack, I was politely told that the chefs decided to leave early today... And they offered to order Yandex delivery. There is a railway nearby, trains and freight loading are very audible at night.
In general, it is very noticeable that the staff as a whole is trying, but small details really spoil the overall impression.
I would believe it a second time if I returned
A good hotel. Full 3 ☆☆☆ . For someone 4 years old. But this is in places.
The staff is good, everyone tries to help and please. The breakfast is quite delicious. Considering the price per room, it is an ideal option if you do not want to pay a lot.
A very comfortable hotel. Everything is thought out, everything is there. On the ground floor there is a restaurant from the hotel where you can eat delicious food for more than reasonable prices without going out into the city.
The room has excellent beds. Bathrooms, disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste and combs. There is a hairdryer and everything for tea/coffee. Cleaning seems to be every day. And most importantly, the incredibly polite and friendly staff, as if at Carlton and not at bridges lol
A small cozy hotel.
Friendly staff.
The room is clean and has everything you need. A large soft bed. A kettle and a small set of tea and coffee.
A good breakfast. Delicious omelet, cooked to order. In the evening, you can have a delicious and inexpensive dinner at the restaurant. It was the first time I stopped, but I was satisfied.
The rooms are clean and cozy. The water pressure is excellent even on the 5th floor, there was always hot water. I also liked that they wrote there that they seem to use energy from solar panels (I don't remember exactly) and take care of towels so that they don't have to wash them unnecessarily and thereby pollute the environment. In general, they call for prudence. And the towels are so thick and fluffy that it's a pleasure to wipe them off. The breakfasts are delicious, basic menu, buffet. I recommend trying not coffee, but their tea. By the way, tea bags, coffee and water are always available
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. The furniture is new, the renovation is fresh. Close enough to the city center.
Of the cons:
There is a railway nearby, which can be heard.
There was a systematic shortage of towels.
We need to work a little on cleanliness.
A great, small hotel. It's expensive, but it's worth it - a spacious room, panarama Windows ...... on an unfinished house and mountains, very clean, comfortable mattress, a rich breakfast for every taste. The staff is very friendly.
Nice little hotel. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is constant. Very good service staff, always ready to help you. There is a business room with a balcony on the top floor overlooking the mountains.
It 's a terrible place . It will only last up to 2 stars. The restaurant is dirty, the staff does not walk around in any uniform. There are no accessories in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, razor (4 stars)). There is no bathrobe. The repair is old, strange hoses are sticking out. There is also a lack of lighting. The minibar is empty. There is a very poor choice at breakfast, there are no fruits at all.
It is not often that you find a hotel that is adapted for people with disabilities and designed according to the principles of universal design. Clean rooms, pleasant service. Like it!
one admin indicated the price for extending the stay for 3 hours - 1000c, and Gulnara admin announced 4000c, who earns how, of course I did not stay!!!
It's not bad at all, but it's a pity that the hotel, whose owner is LOVZ himself, does not have wheelchair users access to the toilet. The doors are narrow, you have to get off the stroller and crawl across the dirty floor to the toilet...
Not in the very center, but walking distance from the main places. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts for a hotel of this format.

The hotel is so-so. The water in the room is in a jug (in the four? Kamon) and the water is not topped up. Cleaning the room at a strange time - somewhere from 15 to 17 hours. Towels are not changed, there are no bathrobes.
Breakfast is sadness. Coffee- burda boiled in a tank. Marmites are cold. The choice is meager. Where are the vegetables? There are none. It's noisy at night- there's a train nearby. In general, I do not recommend it!
A very nice and comfortable hotel in a quiet area of Bishkek!!!
Cleanliness, comfort and coziness are maximum here!!!
I will definitely stay there again on occasion!!!
