I want to express my gratitude to the surgeon of the Secret D.A.
I did everything very carefully. I conducted an examination every day, asked about my well-being. I tried to save the tooth and did everything I could. Unfortunately, it was not possible to save him, I also snatched it from him. Everything is very careful and almost painless, not without the help of anesthesia, of course, but in general it was not so scary. It was not scary to trust such a doctor! Thank you.
I had a tooth removed on 12/19/2024. Panko A.S. Had him as the surgeon on duty that day. I went to his office at 19.43, they work until 20.00. I listened to a lot of indignation from all the staff: why did they come so late, and so on. There were 3 of us near the office. Everyone was invited in one fell swoop . We waited for this invitation for 25 minutes under the cabinet. The fact that I waited 30 minutes for an appointment with the doctor on duty, and then went to take a picture, no one was interested. Okay, we sat down amicably in the chairs and waited for each of our anesthesia. It was my turn. Honestly, I have never experienced such "pleasure" before. The injection hurt so much, it was just awful. Time passed, I tried to vomit, it hurt. I decided to add another dose of anesthesia . It was even more painful than the first time. With grief in half, with the help of a nurse, I pulled out this unfortunate tooth. Not a word, not half a word, "everyone, get up," just walked away from my chair and that was it. Honestly, I thought I had mistaken the place and ended up at some kind of meat processing plant. IT'S JUST AWFUL. 2 years ago, I had it removed by another surgeon, and after leaving the office 5 minutes later, I forgot about the pain and the tooth. And this time, for the second day, I can't open my mouth properly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. There is something to level it with.
The first visit to the clinic, and the first positive emotions.
Special thanks to the dentist-surgeon Kornelyuk (I don't know the initials)
The removal of the wisdom tooth was done with a click, I didn't even have time to come to my senses.
I shouldn't have worried
10 out of 10!!!
Many thanks to Roman Sergeevich Zaitsev, a dental surgeon. For professionalism, patience and painless surgery to remove 2 retinated wisdom teeth. I've already advised my friends. Roman Sergeevich is the best!
I have been serving in this clinic for 38 years. All my questions have always been successfully resolved or qualified advice has been given. Over the years, I have only seen a positive attitude towards myself as a patient. My teeth have been saved more than once! Thanks to the wonderful doctors. Special thanks to Doctors Kondratyuk and Parfenova.
It's too bad that you need to take a ticket at 7 a.m. There are a lot of people who have to work in the morning, many have children at home. It's a terrible system. Nothing has changed for many years.
The state polyclinic, coming to which, it seems that I got into the past 20 years ago. A big minus is coupons that you can't take to the dentist, there are very few prescriptive records, and it's almost impossible to get to a paid appointment. One day a month there is a recording, but it will not be possible to get through on this day, the phones are always busy! And the prices for treatment, in a paid department, are almost like in private dentists.
The year before last, I came to make a seal. Made. Last year (next year)this filling flew out with the tooth, and I went there again, but this time due to acute pain. They administered 6 injections of anesthesia, which did not work at all from the word "at all". The result is a picture: I (a 24-year-old girl), who was held by two burly dental surgeons, and another, a third dental surgeon, crushed the tooth into pieces, and then tore it out piece by piece.. LIVE!!! I did not feel such pain even during childbirth, although I am a mother of 2 children. I regretted that I went there at all. She came out in beaver tears with trembling hands and feet. I never went there again, and I never will. I recently went to Zhabinka, where I treated my front teeth (enamel). So there, one injection of anesthesia took out the entire jaw. Accordingly, we can conclude that the problem is not with me, but with the shit-anesthesia that is used in the clinic. And also in the professionalism of the "specialists" (because of which the fillings fly away after a year with teeth at the root)
I've been there twice, both pleasant. She pulled out two molars at once and then treated pericoronitis. Everything went well in both cases. The prices are low.
The reception desk works disgustingly, it's unrealistic to take a ticket on a call (probably they don't take the phone on purpose), they say come and take it, well, no, it's possible for me to go with a 9-month-old child at 6:30 to take a ticket for sure 😡 There is no desire to treat teeth right here, I was there - the pain appeared again a month later; my husband feels bad the channels were cleaned and inflammation began and as a result they were sent to a toll booth where 800 rubles came out for 2 teeth (more than someone's po). Thanks, no understanding👍
They do not notify that a certain service is paid, and this is very important! My husband went to an appointment with a surgeon, opened the gum with a wisdom tooth, made an appointment with a paid doctor, without notifying at all that it was paid. As a result, the husband comes and goes. Why did they open the gum once again, and why did they not consider it necessary to warn?
Anesthesia is donkey urine. Upon removal, 3 injections of 5 cubes were administered. and I have no reaction, just a swollen jaw. After that, 2 cubes were introduced.(For a fee) which worked. Conclusion: pay the money or you will suffer pain. All this is done to replenish the polyclinic's account.
I would like to note that very good specialists work here.I would especially like to mention the surgeons of Pshenichny and Zaitsev !Wonderful doctors.Therapists Zaranko and Andreychuk have golden hands.Such good fellows. The treatment is simply excellent.Well done.May God grant you to continue to please your patients with high-quality treatment!
I would like to express my gratitude to the surgeon R. S. Zaitsev for his professionalism, painless operation, tact and attentive attitude to patients. Want
We should also mention the registry staff Masinkevich A.M. and Krivosheina T. M. For their ability to work with a large flow of clinic visitors, polite and attentive attitude towards them.
The polyclinic begins with the registry. The reception staff works perfectly. The only thing is that I can't get through in the morning. The doctors are professionals, they work perfectly.
The issuance of coupons for a doctor's appointment is inconveniently arranged. Coupons are issued only at the registry office and only at 5 am, women = registry employees have a monopoly on issuing coupons. That's why corruption and cronyism reigns there. And if you don't have any friends or money for a bribe, you get a coupon in a month... is it really impossible to make an electronic version via the Internet in 2023 and disperse the bribe-takers who have settled there
What kind of work do registrars do!? They are rude, raise their voice, do not make an appointment, work in the clinic is not established, where is the management looking??? They drove me from the reception to the second floor for 20 minutes, from the second to the reception, while both sides laughed that I couldn't sign up. It's very funny when you have a toothache.
The attendant removed the tooth on Sunday, everything went well. The staff, the doctors, the young guys, explained everything, I liked it. I only paid for anesthesia. It is no worse than private clinics if there are simple manipulations ahead.
I sincerely thank Dr. Pshenichny, a professional and confident in what he is doing! Golden hands and even with humor! He pretends to be formidable, but in fact he is a patient-sensitive and attentive doctor! I got there without a ticket without any problems. I had to wait a little bit, but it's not critical when we're used to waiting even by appointment.
There are paid and free services, dental imaging is not expensive, there is paid anesthesia,

A time machine. Who from the older generation wants to experience nostalgia for the "Soviet times" - the Velkas. It's not for nothing that grandmothers have chosen this place so much. The organization of work is antediluvian: coupons are issued only on the spot and for some reason in the office of the head, and not in the registry; the treatment room is a large common room with several seats, you can forget about some privacy. The bonus is "pleasant" communication with doctors who are dissatisfied with everything and everyone. And this is despite the fact that you also pay for this "pleasure". The grannies in the queue complain about the quality of the work, but for some reason they continue to go there 🤷♂️
The finished clinic! You can't take coupons, there is no electronic record, you can't get through, 20 people in the morning at 6:30. The service is generally the Soviet Union, the reception is rude as soon as you get a little indignant, even then you start to "boil" + unsanitary conditions! The doctor's hands stink of cigarettes, one hand is gloved, why put it on the other... First, the smell attracted attention, then the glove. It became so unpleasant, and I already began to notice everything, it became even more unpleasant (a hairy hand, a crumbled tooth on the doctor's bare palm). And he climbs into his mouth with two hands. Two people are receiving at the same time. I gave one an injection, until it starts to take effect, he climbed into someone else's mouth, then back to me. It's such a selfish attitude... The second time I went to a young girl, she put a seal so quickly and carelessly that after that I was confused, the tooth was interfering, the doctor said she would get used to it. And in the lobby, I noticed how worried grandma was that the elevator was not working, and she was on the 4th floor.
Spacious, comfortable. But, the building takes up space in vain ((One horror, from and to...Specialists and material. It's a pity that only by registration.I would never go in my life!
It's almost impossible to get a ticket if you don't show up an hour before the opening. The phone is always either busy or does not answer the phone. And if they picked up the phone, then there are no coupons anymore. Everyone is polite. I did a filling for free, but then they found caries under it
It's not a bad clinic, but it depends on who you get to. The only one I can praise and recommend is the Wheat surgeon. Just perfectly and quickly removed the tooth. No splinters, no consequences.
Everything would be fine, but in the registry office, who is not a person who talks to an animal, the problem with coupons is having to take a queue at 5 :00 in the morning to take a ticket
Thanks to the Surgeon, S. Zaitsev, a competent, polite, professional in his field, good health to a person and easy work, professional and career growth, family happiness!
I applied to this clinic and did not regret it more than once. I didn't see rudeness anywhere. Very helpful and qualified staff. I especially want to cancel Evgeny Vyacheslavovich Pukhovsky (dentist-surgeon). I am a broken patient ( after two strokes, speech is inhibited), so it is difficult to communicate with me. Yevgeny Vyacheslavovich at the same time showed high professionalism , a sense of tact, patience and politeness. I had a neglected case and had to install 4 bridges at once (14 teeth.)Everything was made from budget material on a perk (I didn't pay for anything) .I've been living like in a fairy tale for half a year. Don't believe all the nasty things about this team. I also want to say a heartfelt thank you to the (young girl) stogatologist, unfortunately I did not remember her last name, who prepared my fragments for prosthetics. I wish you happiness, love and health.

Getting an appointment with a doctor for treatment is another quest. 3 days of auto-calling to make an appointment by phone gave zero result, I never got through. I came in person at 6.40. There were already 30 people in front of me, and about 20 more behind me. When my turn came, the coupons for treatment ran out, and it was already 7.50 on the clock. While I was waiting for my turn in the lobby of the clinic, I tried to call the registry at the same time - the result was 0. The registry staff picked up the phone a couple of times at most. I did not get an appointment at this institution. The impression of the organization of work and the provision of services to the public is DISGUSTING!!! What a pity that our taxes are so abominably organized!!!
Oh, this is some kind of horror, Kovalchuk is just a rude woman sitting at the reception, as always there are no coupons on the phone, I had to leave in the morning to take a queue in order.to get to the "" specialist", but even here everything is not so good Romanyuk, she did not even knock her teeth to find the patient and eliminate the pain, when closing the chewing teeth hurt and you will not understand what kind, but the doctor did not find it anymore, or did not want to, sent it to the picture, and then home referring that the tooth it might hurt about the cold, and I had to go to the doctor again two days later with pain. These are the specialists we have , they still treat me from the first of December, I, and the chief physician called the same, and he was like, what did you want to go in the morning and take a queue for coupons, I I 'm just freaking out from this attitude on the part of the management , it turns out that it 's like
It is impossible to get through, I came today half an hour before the opening of the queue of 30 people, I stood for an hour and a half and did not take the ticket, they ran out.WHERE IS the electronic ticket booking? 80 percent will be able to order a coupon for themselves, pensioners will be able to get through safely, since there will not be 50 people sitting on the carphone and not standing in queues
Many thanks to Evgeny Vyacheslavovich Pukhovsky. A wonderful doctor, polite and attentive. I had a tooth removed today, I was very afraid. The doctor did everything quickly and painlessly. Thank you very much!!!!! A real professional
I would like to know why it is impossible to use the elevator in this clinic up to the 2nd floor and from the 2nd floor? I had to seek help after joint surgery. The therapist is on the 2nd floor, the ticket office is on the 4th, the X-ray is on the 1st. Another marathon when crutches are at hand! Why doesn't the administration think about people who are restricted in movement? Because it hasn't touched you yet?
My rating is 4 points the person is good and the vrochi are excellent, but there is one thing but to make repairs in the clinic, especially to change the elevator
A normal clinic. At the reception, it seemed to me, the staff was quite polite. Not that they are just intelligently smiling, cute - no. They are simply very polite and willingly provide information. They are not rude, like cloakroom attendants in theaters (it would seem to be a cultural place, but this is very common). About the doctors. I treated Buliga's teeth (by the way, the meaning of the surname here is quite suitable for the character of this person, as I did not immediately understand). At first, she treated well, I fully trusted the process and the dentist's opinion. Then I decided Myself, to delve a little deeper into the topic, the process is the same brushing of teeth. I found a lot of inconsistencies in the actions of the doctor, gaps in basic knowledge, in the order of work. The bottom line is that cleaning should be done immediately - then the full picture of the cavity opens, etc. It was also necessary to take into account contraindications, nuances - many factors. At first I wanted to treat one tooth, then I switched to others. And most importantly, how convenient it is for her in time. One day I made a remark to them because the technician said they were drinking coffee. I waited 30 minutes. Time is money. Not to mention the moral, ethical, behavioral side... She was silent like a stone at the remark. Okay. Then, constantly, on every occasion, during the treatment there were moral lectures, constantly some discussions with other doctors "who blew out what kind of yogurt, what kind of chicken she ate" and so on. He talks about himself incessantly. This is at least simply ugly and not tactful, and to the detriment of the process.
Then I signed up for treatment with her again, hoping for the best, given my natural optimism and respect for people. He started asking uncomfortable questions, pointed out the discrepancy, made a remark in a very correct way, shared his thoughts. Very correct (in an uncomfortable position, lying down) .Psychologically, she had all the trumps - because there were partners around (in prehistoric shoes), her territory, and so on. I started the dialogue very carefully and humanely. But the reaction was absolutely vile, disgusting, duplicitous. She began to come up with excuses for herself and everyone, to argue, to get turned on. Perhaps I haven't seen so much arrogance and aplomb for a long time. I twisted and changed everything. I came up with contraindications on the go, that I allegedly signed something there. Although if a person has acute respiratory infections, cleaning is no longer recommended. There are many factors there. In general, by hook or by crook, I got into the scorpio or cancer pose ( I'm sorry, but just before . <url>) . As a result, I simply did not treat the tooth, wrote out a referral for pictures, said that if I did not like their clinic, I could find another one. To which I noticed that this answer is unthinkable, that I would be glad to make sure of a highly qualified attitude here, with them, etc. Well, is it okay to suggest so? I didn't come to choose a friend or something like that. And of course, I realized that I was dealing with the purely youthful, stupid and arrogant behavior of a person who did not want to grow and learn. Moreover, he also accuses others of illiteracy. And this is already a meanness.
If I hadn't paid attention to the mistakes, being not a doctor, but a writer, an entrepreneur, then what would she have done*? Is it wrong to treat further? Then why was I signed up for her that day, if the doctor just turned his back, morally. Arrogance and negligence - that's what it's called. Although it would be possible to use stronger words here, it would be fair.
And she was telling me something about higher education and the uniqueness of all doctors.
Like that. Such cobblestones are found in people's souls. And the most unfortunate thing is that they don't see it, they don't want to fix it. They keep blundering on.
