I give 3 stars, only because the service is very important for the city and the region. And every day they serve for the benefit of the people. But the service of citizens' appeals is completely lame. The visit took a lot of time, I came up to offer my help. I got into the institution only after a call to the Minsk office, reception. There is a strange sign on the door.On the other side of the building, the door was closed, although someone was there, they did not immediately open it.
