Today, on 06/27/2024, I arrived at the clinic with my mother, since today she has been hospitalized in the hospital for surgery. She had a referral in her hands, which indicated that she needed to be at a doctor's appointment by 10.00 am today. We arrived earlier, took the ticket and waited for our turn. After our turn came to the reception desk at window No. 4, my mother provided a referral and a passport to an employee who worked at this workplace. After that, the woman gave us a ticket to see a doctor at 12:50, my mother had a question why it was so late, to which she was answered that the doctor starts the appointment at 12:00, and that in general my mother had to call the clinic and clarify what time the appointment with the surgeon begins. I was shocked by the tone and face with which this was said to us. It turns out that the clinic switched to daylight saving time, of course, I'm sorry, but how were we supposed to know that. She also threw her passport almost in her face. This is no good at all, I understand that there are a lot of people and everyone with their own questions, but who gives the staff the right to behave like this!!! I work with clients myself and I'm not always in the mood, I feel bad, etc., but this does not give me the right to behave like this with patients. People don't come to the resort, club or bar to hang out! My mother is already very worried about the operation, and here is such an attitude. As a result, after all this outrage, we clarified in this woman in which office the management of the polyclinic is located, to which we received a blunt answer from the category of why do you need it?, if they ask, it means you need it. After all this, we went outside, sat down on a bench and literally 10-15 minutes later my mother got a call from the clinic and asked to contact the reception department for registration. It's not over this time. When I came to the emergency department, it turned out that my mother was not on the list. She was even more upset. The woman who registers patients called the surgery department where my mother will be lying, the surgeon came out to us, took my mother for an examination. In a conversation with my mother, it turned out that the surgeon was already aware that my mother had allegedly caused a scandal, after presenting an appointment ticket to him at 12.50, he himself was in mild shock. In general, it's a nightmare. From the beginning, learn to behave normally with each other, otherwise they only say that people are so used to complaining now and are always not happy with everything. It turns out that everything is beautiful only on TV, but in life it is a complete nightmare. And about the scandal, I'll say this. If my mother had really arranged it, she would have known not only the entire polyclinic and hospital, but also the city administration.
I really want to give a lower rating, but not to the clinic itself, as it is liked, but to specific specialists whose qualifications and level of professionalism raise big questions. I would really like to send a complaint to the Ministry of Health, as there is such an opportunity, to Zoya Viktorovna Osipuk, a neurologist. But at the moment, there is no desire to spend your energy on solving this problem. Zoya Viktorovna allowed herself unethical statements about the patient, which demonstrated her low level of both general culture and professional level. This doctor, apparently, does not consider it his duty to conduct an examination, analyze the contents of the MRI disk, conduct a patient survey in order to clarify the diagnosis. I did it (as if with a favor) only after a request-demand. At the same time, she accompanied the entire reception with unprofessional statements. She prescribed standard recommendations, which have been followed for a long time, but no longer give sufficient effect, since the dynamics of the disease is negative, as was said. I made mistakes in the conclusion (I understand, I was in a hurry, there are a lot of patients). But, I do not understand why this specialist works in a regional-level polyclinic. The impression is disgusting, after a couple of days an exacerbation occurred, which another specialist helped to stop. Although it could have been avoided if Zoya Viktorovna had taken her duties with more responsibility.
The clinic is beautiful, it has 10 stars, Zoya Viktorovna has 0. It will be on her conscience and this attitude will definitely return like a boomerang.
