The receptionist is rude, sent to the wrong office for the driver's commission, and then claimed that I had expressed myself wrongly. The commission is generally a quest, you will never complete it in one day. Eternal queues at the reception, half an hour is a minimum, I have not seen such a mess in any clinic in Brest. The card was lost. I usually get through on the phone for half a day. Updated in August 2024: a blonde even more boorish sits at the checkout in paid services, who also mocks people. When I asked about the ultrasound coupon, she said that everything was sorted out, and there was so much joy on her face and in her voice.., when asked how much a specific ultrasound costs, she sent it to the price list, called the service number, there was an amount of about 170 rubles. On the phone, she then gives other information that it costs about 30 rubles. And I didn't want to say it when I was standing at the cash register, apparently on purpose.
