There were several cases that prompted me to write a negative review.
One of them: after my illness, I came to sign a sick leave, I was thrown into different offices several times, due to the fact that I do not have a Brest residence permit (although I am assigned to this clinic), I already wanted to spit and leave and write at work at my own expense retroactively, but apparently they took pity and signed everything.
Another case: I decided to take a license commission at this clinic. In order to get through, you had to visit the clinic 6 times!!! Then there is no doctor when there should be, then it turned out that urine needs to be cleaned (they said in the last office).
Don't go there if you can.
You need to have nerves of steel and extreme patience when visiting this place. The reception says that there are no coupons for doctors, although there are a lot of them on the Internet. They can safely send you to an office where there is no reception, which turns out only after 30 minutes of waiting. In dentistry, they refuse to treat, they send them to a paid office... in a paid office they say there are no coupons and they send them to a free one. There is only one answer to any questions - go to the head. There is blatant rudeness everywhere, nothing is explained or consulted. There has been no therapist at the site for more than two years.. It is quite difficult to pass a professional examination or get the necessary help here, and sometimes it is impossible at all. There is no desire to come here in principle.
To make major repairs, parking for visitors. To update the staff, and introduce the concept of "service and quality of service" - and there will be a normal, modern polyclinic.
So far, everything is very sad.

3. Culture of communication (employees do not know ethics and deontology with patients, you will definitely get boorish behavior here, and no one will do a finger about your problems here for you)
4. Queues (it is easier to get to the president of Russia than to her local therapist, although she just sits, there are no people, but without a coupon, even a mother with an infant will not be accepted, it is very insulting by the way for this woman)
So-so. Fuss. Nobody knows anything. There are a lot of inattentive employees, they can mix up shifts, not notice, etc. The main quality of the clinic is indifference.

The reception says call in the morning at 7:30, but it's just impossible to get through, that's such a service.

There is also a constant shortage of staff in this clinic. It is almost impossible to make an appointment with any specialist. In general, they will help us with a serious problem there.
