Good afternoon. I am very glad that there is such an office in Brest.
They issued a permit for a child to travel abroad here . It was fast and no problem. The prices don't bite, and the staff is polite. I liked everything! Our family is happy!

I had to wait a very long time. More than three hours, although there were only 5 clients ahead of me. You need to pay for services at the bank opposite, where there is always a huge queue. There are no complaints about the notary's work.
