A very good scientific and technical library. It is useful for both students and the elderly. Since it has a rich scientific and technical literature (in the senior and modern editions). You can get acquainted with it on the spot, as well as retake the necessary. And the most wonderful thing is that courses are organized here, usually in the evening, for those who are not familiar with the computer. As well as initial and more in-depth training courses on Photoshop, Ecxel tables and much more. They will also help those who have problems with their computer, laptop, or mobile phone. They will explain and help you very well. I recommend a visit.
