2. There is absolutely no flexibility in the client's requests. Some dishes have salmon cream, which is also sold separately in the form of an impressive container. I asked them to bring me a small portion and fresh bread separately. In response, I heard that they could not do anything else, just a whole container.
3. I wanted to wash off the unpleasant aftertaste with dessert, but alas. The croissant and Napoleon hybrid was extremely attractive to the date, but on closer acquaintance it turned out to be dry and stale. The croissant's puff pastry has become crispy and firm over time, and the custard has clearly seen better days.
4. From the little things - the devices are served in a cloth napkin. Nice. The napkin is washed, in pellets and stains that have not gone away. Unpleasant.

Regarding the food, I haven't tried all of their menus. Everything from chicken is great. The pastries are just as good, they have a combination of flavors that are hard to find elsewhere in the city.

It is very tasty, I was in 3 branches in Tashkent. There is one big problem everywhere. This is a service. It's very slow. The waiters at the bar gather for 5 people and just discuss their problems. They forget to submit some position from the order. I asked for coffee to be brought with the meal, but the coffee was served 20 minutes after the meal, although the barista was just talking to the waiter. The result is very tasty, but the service is very poor.
