The institution itself is located in the city center, which is quite convenient in terms of logistics.

Wild horror! I signed up for a haircut, I received an SMS with confirmation, I arrive at the appointed time and they tell me that you are not registered!!!??? I show a confirmation sms with the name of the master to whom it is recorded, and they tell me this is a mistake, and they did not even apologize and did not offer any alternative - this is not a barber shop but a village bakery!!! They don't even deserve one star!!!
