Excellent location in a quiet location. The rooms are cozy, warm and clean. There are no foreign odors. Cleaning and towel change daily. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure and fast draining. Delicious, varied and hearty breakfasts. We booked on the recommendation of friends and did not regret it. The disadvantages are minor, but perhaps they are fundamental to someone: the audibility of the neighbors is high, the shower stalls are cramped, and bathing is problematic for the obese.

Of the advantages, there are definitely breakfasts and polite staff! With everything else, so to speak, there is something to work on. There is no kettle in the small rooms, although there are cups for tea. There is no cooler in the hallway either. There are few outlets in the room, it will only be enough if one person lives in the room. There is no chest of drawers for things, only a wardrobe for outerwear. The guys have something to strive for.

This is definitely my favorite hotel in Astana now. It is very quiet and peaceful, we had a good night's sleep from the road. The room is clean and cozy, the bed is comfortable. The breakfasts are simply excellent! Very polite and friendly staff 🤗 Thank you for your service 😉💕
