The child was cut 2 times, and both times it was bad! The first time a girl cut her hair, they did not spoil their mood, they thought since we did not sign up, they gave us a free inexperienced master. But the second time, we pre-signed up, asked an experienced master, explained that the child needed to be cut. But, the guy either did not understand, or did not want to understand how to cut, as a result, the child's hairstyle was simply ruined, before the New Year. But here even the complaints are not about the master, but about the way the administrator communicates! Aggressive, arrogant, only the crown on her head was missing! He can't listen or hear at all! It's not very pleasant, because we thought that in the barbershop they would be able to cut our hair beautifully!
