You book a car, the manager says that "everything is OK, the car is available," we say that we will arrive in half an hour. We're coming... and to us - "the car was taken an hour ago! did the operator say that it was necessary to make a 10k prepayment?" We called 30 minutes ago. 😅 Due to the fact that the car was needed and there was physically no time to go to another rental, I had to take a friend. Also a type of "comfort" class. As a result, the car is smoked, not washed. Even with a full tank. They offered to wash it with an hour's wait!!. They took it as it is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office. Because the attitude towards the client is boorish. They may promise not to give you a car, the one that was discussed with the manager 30 minutes ago. Like she's been taken away for an hour))

Excellent car rental. The service is top-notch. The cars are clean, tidy, and have a pleasant smell. Highly recommend it! The girl manager completed the registration in 5 minutes.
