I took an economy class car for a day, I had a problem with the car, but the rental representatives arrived quickly enough, at night and in the suburbs - the problem was solved, I drove on. I drove carefully and did not exceed the speed limit, the deposit was quickly returned after 7 working days. In general, pleasant and friendly people work at the box office. If you need to rent a car in Shymkent again, I will contact BR again.

Having agreed in advance to rent a car, we arrived at the specified time. It turned out that the promised price did not match, they requested 5,000 more per day (more on this below).OK. Agreed. We take a car. On the way, it turns out that something stinks in the car (yes, it stinks), there is nothing to do, we have already reached the place, we went for a walk. Returning to the car a couple of hours later, we realized that it was simply impossible to be in it, the feeling that a corpse was going out in the trunk!!! Somehow, with the windows open, we drove back to the car rental. It turned out that there are no cars for this price, there are more expensive ones, well, we agree, we take another car. A lot of time has been spent, we take it and immediately leave, hooray! The car doesn't stink. But! Literally after 40-50 km, the battery icon starts flashing!!! We write it off as a bug (well, it can't be twice unlucky with a car, it turns out it can (((), fortunately we have already arrived and put the car in the parking lot for the night. In the morning... The icon lights up without blinking... Drive 70 km outside the city... We take the car back to the office. They are trying to convince me that this is just a glitch... But! Somehow I don't really want to go out of town, where there is no connection in places, to be in a stalled car (((
Then there is communication only with the authorities. It turns out that the price was overstated for us!!! For those 5,000!!! They give a TOYOTA RAV4, not the first freshness, but at least everything works! And oh, a miracle! We still managed to get where we planned.
Definitely, the office needs to review the entire fleet and dry-clean all cars.
It's a pity a lot of wasted time and nerves. I hope at least there won't be any problems with the return of the deposit... Which is also not sure, as in all cars of this company.
