I agree with all the negative reviews, like the others, I turned to box3, and there the excuses, the attitude, about redoing the work is generally a separate story, as if it couldn't be their fault, they fix cars along the way by reading forums, they asked me a couple of times how to fix it (it was just a massive repair). As a result, I redid each of their work myself, because I was not experienced in handling the service station. !!!I'll give you some advice, no matter what kind of service station, require certificates of work for each action, do not pay until all actions and all details are written in the ORDER (this is important) for your own further guarantee, and choose the right service station, and not where they read at the beginning on Drive2 or some other forum how other people fixed it and then say, Yes, we can do it. And yet, if you don't like something in the process, feel free to stop the repair and pick up the car without paying for anything, I tell you from experience. Appreciate your time and money!
The quality of the work is about 50/50, a couple of times they made cars without questions, and sometimes they redid them three times, and even with a dissatisfied look. The attitude is high, they position themselves as a quality service, but in fact they are nothing.Criticism is not perceived from the word at all, they may not pick up the phone or call back, and there is sadness about waiting time.So draw your own conclusions. But I don'T recommend it.
A terrible hundred. The staff is incompetent. I called myself to find out what I needed to buy. After I took the car, there were a lot of problems. I had to go to another service station. Box No. 3 himself refused to admit mistakes, as he protects his employees. After that, half of the parts had to be changed, as they ruined them even during installation.
