Overall, it's not bad. It significantly spoils the impression that the staff does not monitor the availability of free balls on the tracks. There are a lot of people, and there are times when there are no balls at all. When you contact the receptionist at the reception, the answer is: "I should have told you earlier." Talk about what? That people pay money to relax? And should there be balls? During the downtime, while sleepy employees return the balls to their place, no one returns the money. Just to get the money. One star for that.

After reading the bad reviews, there was a little excitement, but surprisingly everything was fine. The track worked without interruptions, the music was playing at a moderate volume, although we were sitting right under the speaker, the service was good, the girls periodically came up and took the empty dishes.
There was only one negative, it's when you order a track online, it's not confirmed for a couple of hours and you don't know if you've booked it or not, and the confirmation call was a day later, which surprised me a lot, I didn't expect to celebrate my daughter's birthday there and was looking for other places.
It wouldn't be bad to diversify the menu a little more, there's not a lot of choice.

We were at this bowling alley with our family this weekend and really enjoyed it.the administrator Amina advised us on the tariffs, as well as very friendly waiters who will tell us what is better to take a snack for the child. I visited this institution twice and had a negative experience both times. On the first visit, our 6th track was suspended (for 10 minutes) . The administration, having made eyes for 5 kopecks, was not particularly willing to help resolve the issue. Okay, let's leave out who it doesn't happen to.
After that, there was an attempt to sign up for the next game via a phone call. I dialed the specified number three times with a break from 30 to 40. The result is naturally zero. No one picked it up or called back.
Well, the second * successful* visit to this place prompted me to write this review. When recording through the service yclients.com we see one price, and when paying, they announce 10 rubles more, referring to a public holiday. Then why not adjust the price when recording? Why is this information not listed on the Instagram page? It remains a mystery.
Two visits and twice a negative experience, I would have thought.
P.S. we played on the fifth track and what was my gain when people from the neighboring track contacted the administration with the same problem as we did on the first visit. Oh, apparently, this is how it happened historically, and no one is going to fix the equipment, as well as provide normal service. * And so it will do *)))

We booked a track for the company, drove from afar, and were delayed by transport (no more than 10 minutes). When we arrived, we were informed that our track had already been booked by other people. The service is, of course, what you need) And the icing on the cake turned out to be the unpleasant smell from the guard. I have nothing against it, but oral hygiene is, in my opinion, a base in the 21st century. It would be very interesting to hear a response on the booking situation. It is clear that there are very few tracks and it is very necessary to earn money, but at least they could have informed. I don't recommend visiting this place, my first impression of the place is just disgusting.

There are no questions about the bowling alley itself, but the reception desk is very sad. There is no customer orientation at all.
