Initially, the Rose Garden complex was created and positioned as a gated residential complex on the first line. Subsequently, it turned into a hotel, while the line became the second (2 residential buildings were built in front of the complex). Currently, guests of the "hotel" are visiting, and if they come for a short time, then they don't care about the rules. At night, because of the structure of the complex with the letter P, any sounds are very audible there, even just a conversation in full voice. Vacationers at night (it can be 2 nights and 4 in the morning) scream, jump into the pool. this wakes up all sleepers who have Windows facing the pool. Guests of the restaurant, which is located on the coastal side right in one of the buildings of the complex, also cause quite a big inconvenience. I would recommend thinking carefully before paying for an apartment in Rose Garden for your vacation!!!

Everything is arranged :and the location, and the room (studio + bedroom), and the building itself. The sea is within walking distance. I didn't like the pool: it was unbearably dirty, and it was because of it that this place was chosen, in case of bad weather at sea. Resume:it is convenient to live, but in good weather, when the sea is not stormy. Not a foot in the pool.
