This is a mini-hotel with a separate entrance to the room through a cozy courtyard! The room has everything you need: refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle, shampoo, shower gel! The breakfasts are quite hearty and the staff is very friendly! The hotel is within walking distance to all the sights of Yerevan! We need to pay special attention to the courtyard, where you can sit and relax after walking in the evening! Overall, I liked the hotel, I recommend it for both family holidays and romantic trips)

Convenient location near the park and the vernissage.We stayed at the hotel in November.I didn't like the fact that the room was cleaned and taken out, we need to ask more than once, the first time we asked the man at the reception to clean the room for us, we were gone all day, returned and the room was not cleaned, went to the reception and the man told us that the cleaner did not have time, in the end she came all angry,I started throwing everything, took away the trash and that's it, after a few days I had to ask the girl at the reception again to clean the room, this time they cleaned up, in general, you can't ask, they won't clean up.We lived on the ground floor and it was very cold, a day later they turned on the underfloor heating and it felt better.The hotel has a nice courtyard with tables and chairs, it's nice to spend time there.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, then moved, only because of a leak in the shower, and, accordingly, dampness and an unbearable smell when you go into the bathroom. I think it's been going on for a long time, but why doesn't the administration pay attention to it? Another unpleasant little thing, we settled in quite late, after 20h., so I wanted to drink tea, there is a kettle, cups are standing, but there is no tea itself, I went and asked, and tea, it turns out we need to buy ourselves. The tea party failed, I didn't want to go to the store, I was tired from the road. I didn't like the breakfasts either, in principle it was possible to get enough, but everything was cold, as if it wasn't cooked today, although there was a microwave. There were few people and I think that even the unfortunate glaze could have been cooked with fervor, and she looked as if she had been waiting in the wings since the last breakfast. And we liked the location of the hotel, in the second line from the road, behind a high-rise building, the silence is perfect at night, and it's close to the center.

A great place to stay in Yerevan. Not far from the center (10 minutes walk to Republic Square), about the same distance to Matenadaran. The rooms are spacious and clean, Despite the fact that we were in a rather cold period, the room was warm. The breakfasts are delicious, wonderful, varied: we were there for a week, and almost every day there was something new. And I would especially like to mention the hosts - very open and friendly people who are ready to help at any time of the day!

The hotel is overrated. This is 3 stars maximum. To get into it, you need to walk 200 meters through an unlit, deserted, shabby yard next to a garbage dump. The hotel itself is a two-story building sandwiched between garages and gray panels. Accordingly, if you take a room on the ground floor, it will look into the courtyard of the hotel, if you pay extra and settle on the second floor, then through the windows (a distance of 5 meters) of a gray apartment building. Breakfast is disgusting, low-quality products, it is not replenished. There is not even an elementary fried egg or porridge. The rooms are worn out, plumbing with traces of rust, the water does not wash off, the doors creak. There is a kettle in the room, but no water or tea/coffee. The cleaning leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend it.

The patio is really comfortable, but if there are lovers of drinking and smoking, then tobacco smoke and loud conversations will not let you fall asleep. Most rooms do not have windows. There is a vertical window next to the front door, but it is covered with a curtain. The rooms have slippers, bathrobes, gel, shampoo, soap, kettle. Refrigerator, TV. You need to adapt to the TV, since it works in Internet mode, sometimes it just turns off. The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help. We took a transfer to the airport. My wife was afraid all the way, because the driver was gambling on his smartphone. Thank God we didn't have an accident. We hope that the owner of the hotel will pay attention to this.

A very cozy, pretty hotel with its own courtyard, quiet rooms and good design. Of the cons, there are small cracks on the walls and the toilet door does not open well in my room. But this does not affect the fact that I can recommend the hotel in any way.
