Nice hotel. Convenient location. There are breakfasts, but we did not use this service: there is a kettle in the room and you can have a snack. The air conditioning is good, the batteries heat perfectly (they were in December). Next time, if we are in Tbilisi, we will definitely check in! Added a photo of the view from the window
Excellent location - in the city center.
The rooms are not luxurious, but they are quite acceptable.
The opportunity to use the dining room on your own - everything you need is there
Not all rooms are well renovated. There were three days, there was no cleaning in the rooms, towels were not changed. Water, tea, coffee, soap and shampoo were put only on the first day. No elevator. The stairs are steep enough, it's hard to lift suitcases. The staff is friendly. The door to the street is closed with an intercom, and you can't get into the hotel without a key, after 21.00 there is no staff at the reception, they give you one key per room, and if you are a family, then all the time there is a question of how to get into the hotel and room. Freedom Square is a 10-minute walk away
For the money they are asking for, it is quite a normal guest. The biggest disadvantage is the lack of a refrigerator and a lockable shower cabin in the room, the entire combined bathroom is always in water. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the air conditioner is not thermonuclear. 4 with a minus in the end.
The location is good: near the funicular, Freedom Square, and, in fact, all the central attractions. The breakfasts are very hearty: dumplings, dumplings, pancakes with meat, coffee, tea, yogurt, juice, rolls, sausage, toast.. The hotel is new, so everything is in good condition. Towels were changed almost every day, bed linen seemed to be changed every three days. The only disadvantage is that the windows overlook a noisy street. But it's the same everywhere in the center. I bought earplugs and slept peacefully :) In general, the price-quality ratio is excellent!
You can spend the night, the staff is friendly and there are no problems...

Considering that the hotel is located in the very center and next to the roadway, everything that happens on the street is very audible in rooms with access to the road, while there is no noise insulation, the frames on the windows are wooden. There is no elevator. The plumbing is new, the bathroom is comfortable, there are no interruptions with hot water, cleaning and changing towels every day, there is a hairdryer, soap accessories. It is a pity that there was no full-length mirror in the room. The TV and split system are working. There are homemade breakfasts, they cook delicious. The staff helps with everything, tells you the way, speaks Russian. Freedom Square is a 10-minute walk away, but the road is a steep hill. The funicular to Mtatsminda is 15 minutes away. And in general, everything is within walking distance. The Internet is good.
