I rested at this hotel from September 9 to September 16, 2024, I am very satisfied, I recommend this hotel to everyone, a beautiful clean room, everything is there for living, a refrigerator, a kettle, air conditioning, a beautiful view from the balcony to the monastery, a quiet cozy territory, the center, all the sights are at hand, the wonderful hostess solves all questions at once, the balcony is a separate , the view is awesome , the hotel is very cozy , everything is beautiful at home , in general everything is there for a comfortable stay , I will definitely come back thank you

Great vacation!
The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were well maintained and always clean. Everything is completely consistent with the photos.
Convenient location. I also really enjoyed the excursions during my vacation, especially at Quadro Pedro! I recommend it!

Excellent location, near a cave and a monastery, the sea is within walking distance. Clean, quiet, birds are singing outside the window. There is a good dining room nearby! I really liked it! Thanks to the staff for their work! I recommend it!

We stayed at the end of October with our family.
I really liked the location, the beautiful view of the New Athos Monastery. The room is clean and cozy. Dining room, cafes, shops nearby.To the sea, 7-10 minutes on foot.

Cozy wooden houses . We were on the second floor, a room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the monastery. Nicely. The rooms have everything basic except heating (it was in October, the nights are already cold). I take off 1 star for a boorish maid. Well , maybe she didn 't have a good day , I don 't know 🤷

Positive: beautiful views from the window, clean, cozy rooms, white towels and bed linen, has its own Parking, convenient location (near the dining room, main attractions), you can use the washing machine for free.
Cons: noise insulation (usually heard in the morning if the neighbors wake up before you and start talking loudly on the phone)
I have been to this hotel twice and only positive emotions ;)

We were supposed to check in on July 30, but my daughter was hospitalized, so we couldn't come.The hostess of the Kama refused to refund the deposit of 20% of the cost, although we warned five days before arrival.According to Russian laws, it is obliged, but unfortunately we have no rights in Abkhazia.

The hotel is wonderful
The rooms are cozy and clean. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is located in the center of Mount Athos. There is a beach nearby. Beautiful view . Very nice and pleasant hosts. The bed linen is perfectly white, towels are changed. Thank you so much for the comfort.

The loud name "hotel" is due only to the ambitions of the owner and his desire to rent rooms at a higher price. In fact, these are camp houses on top of each other in the garden. Choose for yourself: you will be shaken by the ceiling and walls in the room by the neighbors from above, by the neighbors on the sides snoring, or by the staff from below snorting. The latter, by the way, gastrobiters, speak Russian very poorly and when addressing them they can turn away and mutter something in their own language. At the same time, the noise insulation outrage will be blamed on a disabled person who is deaf in one ear, they say, talking loudly.
I have been vacationing in Abkhazia since the age of 13, I have stayed in good Griffin-type hotels and in camp houses (detached), but I have not experienced such discomfort as in this "hotel" (it is an "eco hotel" on booking).
If you value your vacation, choose another place to stay.
