Let's start in order!
A small but very cozy hotel in the city center. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the boulevard, and to the main attractions too. The location is great.
The staff is wonderful, Russian-speaking, polite, always ready to help: day and night.
The room is small but cozy, everything is there. Cleaning every day or on request. Water was brought every day, it was possible to get half of Africa drunk by the end of the trip 😄
Everything is working in the room, everything is clean. The linen is fresh, there is a kettle, a refrigerator. Wardrobe, cabinet. Iron and ironing board on request. There was a shower in the bathroom, the stall was leaking a little, there was a puddle on the floor. The sound insulation is good.
The hotel has guided tours, I recommend it. There is a 24-hour spar store next to the hotel, and other shops nearby.
I liked everything very much, I definitely recommend it!
Baku ♥️
There are breakfasts.
A good hotel for your money. In the city center, it's a 15-minute walk to the waterfront, and the old town is the same. The breakfasts are hearty, you can grab fruits for a snack in the afternoon. Tea and water were changed every day. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help.
But it may be a little unlucky with the neighbors on the floor, the noise insulation is not very good, the audibility is good enough.
The rest is a song!)
Baku Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of the city, which provides easy access to all major attractions. The rooms of the hotel are distinguished by comfort and coziness, and the breakfasts will please with their variety and quality.
The hotel staff is very friendly and hospitable, always ready to help and answer any questions. It is also worth noting that the hotel provides a luggage storage service, which makes your stay even more comfortable.
During our stay, we appreciated the cleanliness and order of the rooms, as well as the quality of the services provided. In general, we were very pleased with the choice of the hotel and recommend it to all guests of Baku! :)
Sincerely, Apartments Crown39
Accommodation in apartments with panoramic windows in Kaliningrad
A cozy little hotel. The location is great. You can walk to the metro, to the Old Town and to the center, and to the funicular (necessarily 1 manat per person, other denominations are not suitable if cash is available), and to the fountains and to the Maiden Tower.
Minus, at breakfast. If a lot of people are very slow to serve.
I stayed at the hotel for two nights.. I don't see any disadvantages, but there are a lot of advantages! I'll start with the guys at the reception. I have almost never seen such responsiveness, goodwill, sincere desire to help, and professionalism in other HOTELS. Thank you so much for their work. The hotel is very pleasant, a wonderful restaurant with excellent service and an excellent selection of dishes. The room has everything that is required in accordance with international requirements
A lovely cozy hotel in the heart of the city. The embankment and the fortress are 20 minutes away on foot. The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are cleaned every day, the bathroom has Underfloor heating, towels are white, fresh - changed every day. The Windows overlooked the courtyard and it was very quiet at night, birds sing in the morning. Separately, I would like to note a very pleasant floral fragrance in the hotel lobby, elevator and on the floors - like in Eden) One of the disadvantages is that there is no ashtray near the entrance to the hotel, as a result, smokers throw cigarette butts on the asphalt. I recommend this place to everyone!
A wonderful hotel in the very center of Baku. It is very conveniently located - close to attractions, places of walking, but at the same time not in the epicenter of noise and parties. We spent whole days walking around the neighborhood. The embankment is 15 minutes away along the beautiful streets. There are shops, cafes, pharmacies nearby. The fortress is 10-15 minutes away. The airport is 30 minutes away by taxi.
The hotel is clean and cozy. Friendly staff, especially at the reception. The room has a comfortable bed, clean bed linen, bathrobe, slippers. The bathroom has underfloor heating - it is very comfortable. Breakfast is without frills, but everything is delicious and satisfying - halal sausages, scrambled eggs, omelet, porridge, cupcakes, fruits, vegetables, yoghurts, sausage, cheese, cereals, pancakes.
We really liked this hospitable place! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!
Nice hotel. I was resting alone, the room was small, but very cozy. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was at hand:refrigerator, kettle, tea, bottled water, bathrobe and slippers, shower accessories. I needed an iron, they brought it right away. The staff is very friendly. Delicious breakfasts. The excellent location of the hotel, many attractions are at hand. There are grocery stores nearby. I highly recommend it.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the old town. That's where the advantages end. This is certainly not a foursome. Tired interior. The retro style is sad, especially in the bathroom. The staff is weird, sleepy guys at the reception and loud maids on the floors. Once, for half an hour at 8 a.m., we listened to their shouting altercation not far from the room, The breakfasts in the restaurant on the 7th floor are ordinary, you can eat, but the restaurant itself is also kind of dull. Then we moved to another hotel on the embankment.
I have been choosing hotels in Baku for a long time, and I was not mistaken. It was the right decision. Very cozy hotel and room. At the reception, the staff are all responsive, in a good mood and friendly.
A room for two is the best, nothing superfluous. Everything you need is available. If you have any questions/problems, they will help you immediately.
On the top floor there is a restaurant with a beautiful view. You won't stay hungry.
The hotel is 5 minutes from the "tourist hustle". The location is very convenient, the street of the hotel is very calm and quiet.
I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!
In principle, I liked everything: the location, the room itself. There is a teapot and tea bags in the room. I'm trying to figure it out a little: the TV was practically not working, the signal was missing all the time, the room was stuffy, I didn't turn on the air conditioner, I lived with the window open. Breakfast is meager, but you won't stay hungry. Apart from the liquid oatmeal porridge, there was nothing hot. BUT, as it turned out on the last day of my stay, it was possible to order scrambled eggs / omelette and coffee from the coffee machine, I didn't know about it, apparently this option is "for my own". But overall, it's a nice little hotel.
Not a bad hotel. Good location, adequate price tag, relatively quiet. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. The room has a bathrobe, slippers, kettle, tea, hairdryer, refrigerator, shampoo, shower gels, hair balm. The bed linen is bad, with holes, a lumpy pillow, towels with torn edges certainly spoil the impression. It is strange that the management does not pay attention to this. There were a lot of mosquitoes from somewhere, but they didn't give me a fumigator. There is a Spar supermarket nearby, where you can buy Leonkoran tea and baklava.
We were a family for 3 nights with a vacation in Baku. Excellent spacious room, about 70 sq. m., with a pleasant atmosphere: natural wooden furniture - sofa, armchairs, secretary, comfortable bed with high-quality linen and pillows.
There are 2 TVs in the room.
The room has a great shower and a private bathroom with a transparent wall)))
For breakfast there is a pleasant buffet, as well as the opportunity to order delicious fried eggs with Baku tomatoes or an omelet.
The location is normal, the whole center is accessible on foot: Old Town - 8 min, Nizami - 7 min, embankment - 7 minutes.
Excellent staff, the guys are polite and helpful, easily organize excursions to interesting places: a day trip to Lenkoran and Lerik in a 10-hour car with a guide cost $ 120.
Come here)
I stayed here several times, I was satisfied with the living conditions. A cozy hotel in the city center, courteous staff, good accessibility to the metro, railway station and the historical center
I'll start in order : the number for 3 points has a drawback . But the hotel is located within walking distance from the embankment, fountain square and the old town and this covers all the disadvantages of the hotel ( breakfast is modest and coffee should be requested!!!? )
we rested at the hotel in July 2023. well, so that guests are greeted with a soul. with a smile and a positive attitude, nothing to say!!! thanks a lot to the guys at the reception Ragil (attentive to the little things - take an umbrella, it's hot, don't forget the water) and so on. Shamsi is an intelligent young man ( sensitive to the impossible ) they helped from calling a taxi to giving money in debt (they didn't have time to change it) the room was Super-clean, the bed linen was as new, a nice girl was cleaned every day. disposable slippers, shower gels, shampoos, and shaving machines were also replenished every day. Breakfast is usual, (omelets with vegetables and cheese can be ordered individually)but hearty, vegetables, yoghurts, cheeses, pancakes, melons, watermelons, bananas, milk porridge. the location is all within walking distance. if it wasn't for the heat at 34, then you can do everything on foot. the taxi is very cheap, and they used it. you can book individual excursions at the reception. which we did. a wonderful Anar (guide in his car with air conditioning and a clean interior) is polite and competently speaking Russian. I recommend this hotel with its staff by 200%.
Great hotel. The guys at the reception are very attentive, polite and tactful.
The room is clean, not to say spacious, but quite free. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is polite and nimble (appreciates the tourist's time!)
Nice city hotel. Close to the center, but without noisy crowds under the windows. Be careful: at the time of writing, Yandex incorrectly set the geo position, but the address is correct
The hotel annulled the paid reservation less than a week before arrival! This is the first time! Allegedly they have overbooking..with paid armor not in high season-I can't believe it. Apparently they retook the number at the last moment at a higher price . The impression is spoiled , the hotel administration did not respond to the claims in any way . Pity!
