Impressions about visiting this institution are negative.Upon entering the hall, you can feel that everything smells of cigarettes. We ordered a track in advance, came to play with the family. As a result, after suffering for an hour, they left: the pinspotter is faulty, after each throw it "thought about" and turned off. We contacted the girl at the reception about this issue 10 times, but technically the problem was not solved by the mechanic. I want to note that at least one more track is also not working correctly. I will not come back here anymore and I will not recommend this bowling club to anyone

As a result, we were allocated 2 tracks in different parts of the hall 🫣 Adminstartor...She doesn't care at all. She won't be punished for anything, that's what I was told. + in addition, 1 pin is not placed on one drawbar that we were given, and on the second one it freezes. We are already waiting 20 minutes for the sides to be raised. Children play without them. I'm going to ask 3 times. We were here 1.5-2 years ago, Heaven and earth. The disappointment is complete.

The advantages of this institution include waiter service and a good atmosphere in the institution itself, that's basically all. As for the disadvantages, they include the following:

Отличное место, поиграть и весело провести время с семьёй или с друзьями. Персонал вежливый, обувь подобрали не только по размеру, но и по полноте, чтобы не скользили. Напитки и еда на высшем уровне. Была возможность продлить время, а также и наоборот, если заказал на два часа, а поиграл только час, лишнего не платишь. Спасибо за полученное удовольствие!

Знакомство с местом началось с телефонного звонка. Сделали предварительную запись на нужное время и дату. На все вопросы были исчерпывающие ответы. В день мероприятия нас радушно встретили. Качественный сервис...работа официанта,бармена...отдельное СПАСИБО пиццеру! Везде чистенько. Из минусов,наверное, обувь... это были дырявые раздолбыши. Экстерьер современный и уютный. Актуальное музыкальное сопровождение. При предъявлении документа в день рождения скидка 20% на дорожки и кухню-весьма приятный бонус! Все ушли в восторге . Однозначно рекомендую провести досуг именно здесь.

I was here at the bowling alley about 10 years ago, and since then absolutely nothing has changed, obviously the management has no desire to at least fix something. В этот раз было просто ужасно!
1. 27.08.2023 в 11:46 Записались на 27.08.2023 / 20:00:00 но когда ехали мы думали что опоздаем , позванили уведомить об этом на что мне было сказано а у нас нету записи на Вашу Фамилию ( но, ну, да , ладно я так палагаютам была свободна дорожка нам ее и отдали.
2. Было очень душно я сходил спросил о кондиционере на что получил ответ что над нашей дорожкой его нет!
3. Всегда когда ходили туда мы спакойно брали с других дорожек шары так как например на нашей нету подходящего и запасные так же не подходят (если на дорожке кто то есть я всегда спрашиваю можно ли взять) но тогда дорожка была пустой подошла девушка и сказала что бы мы не брали чужие шары якобы на каждой дорожке должно быть по 8 шт
4. да да. Это еще не все!
на нашей дорожке и на соседних нехватало кеглей в итоге бросок мимо засчитывал всегда по 3/ 2 очка. (на соседних дорожках та же беда)
5. Шары со сколами.
6. Я так палагаю дорожка неровная так как шар не катится по ней а подпрыгивает.
В общем не советую туда ходить только испортите себ енастроение!
в Гомеле есть еще боулинг следующий раз схожу туда (жаль кончно но Континенг сильно испортился )

Дорожки ушатанные, туфли подранные, шары со сколами... Владельцу пора бы подумать о посетителях, а не выжимать последние соки из того что есть. Побывала 1 раз после долгого перерыва, была очень не приятно удивлена и могу сделать вывод, что на данный момент боулинг в "Спартаке" лучший... Ну как лучший, выбирать то больше не из чего. В областном центре 2 боулинга, один из которых уже почти руины, ну а второй владельцы обслуживают нормально, правда бывает оооооочень трудно туда попасть.
