I'll give you two stars, because this is one of the two bowling alleys in Gomel. And that's where the advantages ended. The equipment is very outdated. None of the tracks were working properly. In my opinion, out of six. Constant freezes and reboots. From the start, the equipment does not leave several pins. It's just a torment, not a game. If you just chase the balls, then it will go. But the game doesn't work out. I can't say anything bad about the kitchen. Everything is edible. But the maintenance staff, this is the top unreliability... We had a big table. They piled up a bunch of hot dishes at the same time, although not all the guests had gathered yet. Well, when it's the feast itself, then don't expect someone to come up to you and clean up the dirty, empty dishes. I don't talk about garbage at all. These are not waiters, but projectile boosters, and that's if you're lucky. In general, draw your own conclusions. You can come for an hour and burn down the colors a little. But it also burned a lot of nerves.

I can't put more than one unit. We were driving from another city to play bowling. On March 8, the seats were only for the late evening, rather even the night.
Before arrival, we called several times to clarify the order. They never said that the tracks were not working well, not at all.
In the end, it was a ruined evening. They couldn't offer another track. When asked by the administrator, Diana, what is going on, who is responsible for solving this problem and what to do, one answer is: "Wait." What to expect remains a mystery. No one was going to solve the problems, everything would take its course, but suddenly it would work.
Anastasia, the manager, when I asked for the names of the employees who were not going to solve the problem, found a way out.: "I'll call security, we don't have to give names, and you're not allowed to go anywhere!"
All they can do is run around and slam the door, throwing tantrums.
As for the tracks, it totally sucks.
Chairs and tables are bolted to the floor, it is absolutely uncomfortable.
They didn't want to give me a book of comments and suggestions at all. By the way, there were more complaints that day. And the book is full of claims.
My subjective opinion is: if you want to spend time, just not in this bowling alley!

Disgusting! We ordered a track for 2 hours, of which we just stood stupidly for an hour!
If it were possible not to put stars, then put zero!
Not all of the pins were displayed, and the drunk employee (I don't know who he is listed as) replied, "What difference does it make to you if it costs 10 pins or 5?" The tracks are in terrible condition, the spade line is not working, you can safely go up to the pins and throw the ball! The tracks are buggy, and we spent an hour or more trying to figure out the problems!
After that, when it was necessary to pay for the time, they offered a discount (-20 minutes of time), they refused to carry the book of complaints and suggestions, they said no! After they took out their phone and started filming, they miraculously went to get a book, but there it turns out!
I'm not a principled person and I understand everything, there are different situations! But it was terrible, the staff didn't care about people, there was no respect, drunken employees. What are we paying for?!
We will NEVER come to this place again!!!!
