Disappointed with the quality of service
Unfortunately, our visit to the bowling alley left extremely negative impressions. In 1 hour of playing, 3 tracks broke down, and instead of at least some apologies or explanations, we were simply shown the number of the new track with our finger. No communication, no service, just a silent redirect.
It's very sad, because customer orientation is the foundation of good service, but unfortunately it didn't turn out to be here. We expected a minimum of politeness and a minimal explanation of the situation, but this did not happen.
After such an experience, we will not come back here again. We hope that the management will pay attention to this issue and reconsider the approach to customer service.
There are a lot of advantages: cozy, two floors, many tables, your own bar, pizza order to the table. Minus one: the place is popular, sometimes everything is busy, I recommend calling in advance
It will work for the youngest, but for teenagers it's not so interesting here anymore, and a repairman would have been required for such a place for a long time.
