The hotel is in a cozy loft style, stylish, smells nice, it was very comfortable. The room is clean, without complaints. Our room had a sea view - just a great view and a large balcony. We moved in here after ORBI and were very pleased that we could finally relax and get high.

The hotel is a stone's throw from the sea. The breakfast is good! There are rooms without windows, keep in mind. (I came to the sea, and you are in 4 walls)))
Another minus: there are no hangers and dryers for towels and swimsuits. That is, we lived by the sea, went swimming, and there was nowhere to dry except in the shower. In general, look for another place, or take everything with you)))

Hello everyone. Get honest feedback about this hotel from the guests. We took 6 people, 3 rooms. For 330 dollars per day, with a sea view.
Let's start the review:
A good view, the first line, although the road must be carefully crossed so as not to be knocked down. Parking, in principle, was always available for 6 days of rest. The breakfasts are not bad, there is not much choice, but the main thing is there. The latte didn't taste good in the coffee machine. It's good that there aren't so many people.
Which was not very pleasant, I constantly had to tell them to clean the room, remind them, ask them to change the towels. And then you ask, they change the bath towels, but they don't change them for the face. Slippers, too small for the size.
I advise you to take a sea view. Otherwise, the view of the construction site will not be very good. It is better to overpay and take to the sea.
The number itself is outdated. The smell in our room is unclear because of what. You leave the hotel, it smells terrible of sewage, it's 30 minutes to the city center, Europe Square, not a little.
And it was so cool that the playstation was there, we watched the final of the European Championship, we didn't have to go anywhere.
If you ask me next time, would we come to this hotel? Unless there is a desperate situation, but it's better to look and find for this price or pay a little too much. And it's better to take a hotel.
Orby is definitely no better. If you compare Orbie, 40 floors, and this hotel is 6 floors, it's better to take this one for sure. In Orbi, towels are changed for a fee, and cleaning is done for a fee. Horror.
That's probably why the rating of this hotel is 2/5.

A chic hotel, polite staff, speak and understand Russian well, the rooms are large and comfortable and very stylish, the view is just super, but if you take it, then only with a view of the sea, otherwise it will be with a view of the construction site.

I do not advise it, the rooms were dirty, the linen was all stained, there were no pillowcases on all the pillows, traces of the life of past guests, a view of the construction site. The front of the hotel stinks of sewage. It's a little far from the center. They didn't even dare to have breakfast there by looking into the kitchen. After the scandal, everything was more or less fixed, the kitchen was washed all night, the rooms were also cleaned.

The hotel is small and very stylish. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the roof (still open at the end of September). Unfortunately, the cafe/restaurant on the ground floor is open only for breakfast (sooo modest buffet). The rooms are clean.
There is a nuance: through the balcony you can get into the next room (there is no partition), you can't leave the door to the balcony open.
The sea is 50 meters across the road. A 15-minute walk from Batumi airport, you can walk to look at the planes that fly directly overhead when landing

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Rating 1 out of 10!
The reviews on the Booking are overstated! Don't get fooled! It costs 270 GEL per night, but this hotel doesn't even cost 50 GEL per night!
1. We booked via WhatsApp, arrived late, as a result, no one made a reservation for us and gave us another room with a view of the construction site.
2. We didn't apologize, the cheesy guy at the reception was rather unhappy with our visit.
3. The room is dirty, shabby, sheets with nasty pellets.
4. The blanket was not tucked in. As a result, at night in a room for 270 lari, we had to fill the blanket ourselves.
5. The faucet in the bathtub was loose and dead, a puddle of water formed under the sink. The drain didn't work well, and a lake formed.
6. After we saw all this "charm", I managed to refund the money for 2 nights (originally booked for 3), and the next morning we were reminded not to be late with the check-out.
The only thing that would not be so bad is a passable breakfast. Everything else is a quiet horror.
People do not understand what high-quality service and timely repairs are. A cowshed, not a hotel.

We booked the hotel through Booking, the booking rating is 9.1, the price is not the lowest, but we were ready to pay for a good hotel. As a result, this hotel pulls in 5 out of 10. There is only one construction site around, not even the windows can be opened, a cockroach was waiting for us in the room. At breakfast, if you want to drink good coffee, you need to pay 6 GEL extra for it. I couldn't understand why there were such good reviews on the booking, but then everything became clear-after my review, this hotel simply canceled the reservation, allegedly we did not live there so that the review would not be posted. I highly recommend this hotel.
