Very, very good place. Nice view, right in the middle of the city. Food is amazing. But pricewice it's expensive. 100% Arabica coffee is used. I fully recommend this place, if you are not looking for price.

I recently visited a Coffee & Restaurant and was impressed!
**Maintenance:** The staff is very polite and attentive. The waiters quickly responded to our requests and helped with the selection of dishes.
**Menu:** The menu is varied, with a good selection of both coffee and dishes. I tried the latte, which was perfectly cooked, and the pasta with seafood — it turned out to be fresh and delicious.
**Atmosphere:** The interior is cozy and stylish, ideal for both a friendly meeting and a romantic dinner. The music in the background created a pleasant atmosphere.
**Price:** Prices are quite adequate for the quality of food and service.

Let's take it in order:
- It's delicious. Good European cuisine with a little local flavor. If you are tired of eating Oriental food, then come here.
- Friendly staff. Actually, I'm used to taking good service for granted, but for this region, this factor is rather a big plus. In general, there is a clear plus for the restaurant here.
- Excellent location. Literally a 2-minute walk from the mausoleum of Amir Timur, and in general in the heart of the city. If you want to have a hearty snack during the cultural program, you can sit down to eat.
- It's expensive. For example, a 2-course lunch and a salad for 2 people, with coffee and apple juice, costs an average of $ 60-80. By local standards, this is a lot, but in general, the price falls into the quality, so this is not a disadvantage.
In general, I can give the restaurant a strong five. Without any super frills, just a good quality restaurant of European cuisine.

The brioche with salmon and hollandaise sauce is very tasty.

One of the advantages. An interesting modern interior. Very stylish and beautiful! Definitely a five for this. The staff was very polite and attentive, we had a wonderful waiter. Good location.
Among the disadvantages are desserts. Flattered by the word pastry shop in the name, we went to tea with desserts. Therefore, the review is not about the entire menu (perhaps all other dishes are excellent), but only about its dessert part. Of all the variety of fruit teas offered on the menu, only one was available. Of the desserts, tiramisu and sour cream were ordered, which was actively recommended by the waiter as a signature dessert (by the way, the most expensive of the desserts on the menu). Sour cream resembled porridge both in taste and in serving - pieces of chocolate dough were filled with sour cream and served in a soup plate. But a surprise awaited us inside in the form of impressive pieces of caramelized sugar, generously mixed with dough, about one of which I almost broke a tooth out of surprise. Honestly, both in taste and appearance, this dessert did not make the best impression. But tiramisu deserved a separate surprise. I even asked twice if it had been brought to us. In appearance, it was a classic nut with a classic custard dough and butter cream, in which a third of the savoyardi cookie stick was put inside (apparently for decency). I.e., the pastry chef still has an idea about the right ingredients of tiramisu, While the nut was quite edible, but the question why it was to pass it off as tiramisu, there is no answer I found it. In general, given the price segment (above average in establishments of a similar level), these desserts can be regarded as a complete failure. Otherwise, the place is quite nice)))

A restaurant for which you can and should return to Samarkand. Excellent cuisine. The duck breast is cooked perfectly, the pate is delicious, tender and also beautiful. The dishes delight with their serving and impeccable taste. Butch Bru and cappuccino were very tasty.
The bathroom is very clean. Polite staff.
Of the minuses, Pavlov's dessert disappointed, the Americano failed a little for the first time.

Of the advantages of this place: delicious coffee and porridge, good service, plus the interior. Everything else sucks: the pancakes don't look appetizing at all and are tasteless, so they are also very salty. Shakshuka in some terrible and uncanonical author's reading. It is unclear why mint should be thrown on the eggs. A poached egg is just a hard-boiled egg, not a real poached egg, hollandaise sauce is just beaten butter without a normal sauce. Salmon is also sooo tired and excited. It's like everything is fresh. The desserts are all very tired. Lemon tart took forever, but it wasn't worth the long wait. The filling is very sour, and the cookie is hard, so you need to make an effort to cut it. In general, in this place it is good to take coffee with you and go to another place, but not to sit here. I don't know where so many positive things come from.

However, the chocolate was not brought to San Sebastian and had to be requested separately. There was a fuss, as there were a lot of guests. What about the service? The service is good, the guys are standing by, but the system itself is not very well established. I ordered espresso, they brought me almost a whole glass of coffee, well, who makes espresso 50-60ml, and that's how it started, the manager always walks left and right shouting to the waiters in the hall without thinking about the guests, and loud music was already too much when I asked to turn down the sound of the music, the waiter said that the manager forbade touching the volume. An excellent European restaurant in the very center of Samarkand, a 10-minute walk from Gur Emir and 15 minutes from Registan. Beautiful, stylish interior, interesting cuisine (which is worth a shrimp and squid kebab), qualified staff. We've been there twice and would love to come again. We definitely recommend it.

But, I wanted to tell you why:
1) the interior is, I think, one of the best in Samarkand.
2) service- 3, not higher. In the presence of a bunch of managers, waiters, I had to call over to make an order, although there was eye contact more than once. Very, very slow.
3) the food is here, it's difficult. I will not talk about soups, they are the most ordinary, without fau effect, although for such a cost you expect it at least subconsciously), sweet potatoes-well, for me they are surprisingly tasteless, although I love them very much.
There is a feeling that after paying a fabulous amount on the bill, many people begin to advertise, based on Logic- expensive, so cool.
