I wrote on Instagram about the bouquet in one of the photos on their page (the 2nd photo from the attached ones). I was told that there is no such bouquet in stock, but almost all the flowers from it are there. They offered to collect a similar bouquet.
I agreed, and no one asked me anything else during the day.
In the evening, I came to the store and saw that they had collected a very "similar" bouquet for me (1st attached photo).
I was very late, so I didn't have time to argue with something and redo the bouquet. But I went to the party feeling upset.
If at least she hadn't taken this crumpled green bag out of the package herself, it would have been a shame to give it to anyone.

They ruined the whole holiday on March 8th.
We ordered flowers in advance by pre-order for the whole family.
The flowers were in terrible condition. When ordering, they send photos with beautiful flowers, but in fact (upon arrival) the flowers are in poor condition.
On Instagram, they wrote the total cost of one, but in fact they recalculated it three times and received three different amounts.
We strongly advise against this place
