Nice hotel, clean, cozy. The administrators are good and responsive. The room was cleaned, the bed linen was changed (we stayed for 5 days). Yes, do not expect wow (if that's why you're looking for a more expensive hotel). Price= quality... The furniture is old, but interesting antique. The hotel in the center of Astana is beautiful, the impression is bright. Everything is cool.
Breakfasts are minimal, either egg or porridge, cheese, butter, bread, tea, quite full (not to be confused with a glutton)...

One of the cheapest hotels in the center. The staff is 5+ . Cozy, clean. And most importantly, there are breakfasts that we didn't even know about. It's a little thing, but it's sooo nice. Good luck and prosperity to you!

My parents stayed at the Botagoz Hotel from 10.01.2023 to 14.01.2023.
The impression was positive - all the staff are friendly and caring. The food is very tasty, always fresh, it is clear that the cook knows his job. The hotel is clean and quiet.
Special thanks to the management for the well-chosen staff and special thanks to the cook who worked from this period.

I lived for 3 days. Cozy rooms. A comfortable bed. Clean and tidy.
And, which is very important to me, quietly. Quiet during the day, quiet at night.
At an inexpensive price (20 thousand tenge per room). Your own cafe, where you can eat inexpensively and even drink.
Of the 5 hotels in Astana where I stayed, this is the best.
I couldn't stay longer because of the high demand.

The room was cleaned once during the three days of stay. A taxi at the reception is twice as expensive. Taxi drivers do not hesitate to give the administrator money for calling them. Next time I'll look for another hotel.
